I can confirm I'm not Kiran and i'm not being paid, have accumulated rather a lot of shares in KDNC given the discount to what I believe is fair value, so following with a keen interest. Found my way here from EMH, not usually someone that posts on boards to be honest but it has passed some time and helped me fill in some gaps.

I think it's actually been structured in such a way as to reassure Cadence investors due to the relatively small investment required to take 27% even if we do plan to take the 49% to avoid the necessity of a tiny market cap company raising that amount - even though that is likely the intention.
Dip B likely takes us to 49%, would be nice if we can sell Sonora project to Ganfeng to fund it though. I believe the EMH sale down to 9.9% was to get funds for the $3.5m 27%.

I can't see us having any trouble there, if it's truly all in place to take us to 49% for that amount it's astonishingly good news.

Sounds like Dip B is project equity to either take us to 49% or a partner can come in where we keep 27% the partner has 22% and Indo would retain 51%.

If you add up the Tonnes in the mine plan on page 26 maybe it's possible to work out how much is within the Yangibana N/W plan if it includes our area?

If you were to take 5% of HAS market cap you would be at £10m if we could get 7.5% equity in HAS in place of the JV ~£15m that would be a good option in my opinion.
