The JRP It reads to me like their claim is against the ore even though they are listed as $135m and Indo were also trying to convert their claim to ore as the price had risen.

If you take the 50m I had before and use the Anglo impaired valuation of $660m which is £476m and take 27% it’s £128m so £178m around 115p per share.
That ballpark would be fine by me. £1 would probably get my vote though to be fair.
I would take 90p right now though because the deal is 90% done.

Something will give soon enough for the value to be realised be it a buyout, sale of an asset (Sonora / Yangibana / LT&LS), EMH rising or the Amapa deal, no doubt about it. I just read Bezos and Gates fund investing in mining now.

Personally, I would like to see a deal where we get equity in Hastings for our 30% JV in line with Observer's 5%-10% range. This allows us as shareholders to value the project appropriately and removes any mine plan concerns and could be value accretive for both parties.

Or 400,000 m3 so yes, pretty big piles!

Ah, Mandarin Dalian is a U-boat and that explains the schedule changes, they have put a dredging window in where it was and it's been pushed back to 19/08/2021 and moved to P2.

There is nothing stopping them doing either or depending on what works out best. Our second shipment was the same FOB arrangement - we didn’t pay shipping costs. It doesn’t really make any difference to us as the end resultant net profit is very similar and I’m sure we would do whatever achieves the best price. Gerald may have a different arrangement with their buyer given they are a metal trader they could have a buyer for the whole lot, but the principal is the same.
