EC, I presume you are referring to "specialist commissioning". This is also known as "specialised commissioning", the process of planning and purchasing healthcare services for patients with complex, rare, or highly specialized conditions. Once a device is given specialist commissioning then NHS England or the Integrated Care boards (ICBs) are directly responsible for commissioning those devices.

The last mention of a timeline in an RNS was in the 2024 interims: "We continue to pursue all avenues to ensure we achieve specialist commissioning before the current timescale of April 2025. In line with specialist commissioning being devolved to the Integrated Care Boards ("ICBs"), our initial discussions have been with the Manchester ICB to obtain funding from April 2024 for the live sites across the Greater Manchester region."

There is more potential news due in the next month or so than the company has ever had in that space of time. Here's hoping it will happen, that it will be positive and that it will have a positive effect on the sp!

We did have one previous indication when we were told that the company's "internal forecasts" were for breakeven by June 2026.

There was one institution, Peel Hunt, who happen to be the company's nominated advisor and broker. As we know, they don't buy and hold. They buy and offload once they can. But hopefully that will help with the next stage of growth.

Yes, but what you overlook was that rise was based on news...the Breakthrough Device designation from the FDA. If we were to get significant news such as a major order or indeed the specialist commissioning we are awaiting, then the same might happen again.

Good Afternoon All. Nice to see the sp on the move at last. We had 3 days of chunky buying where the sp was going nowhere. I'm sure Peel Hunt were selling into those buys. Now it looks like they're done and the floodgates have opened. A couple of dips today when short termers took their profits but then the relentless buying pushed the sp up again. Onwards and, hopefully, upwards!

If you make comments like that be prepared to back them up with evidence especially when the company has previously said that both those events will be happening within that timeframe.

The sp has been dragged down by the general market, But the FTSE 100 having dipped to below 7600 then bounced back to over 8000, a move of 6% so things are very volatile at present.
