If they are paying out 50% in div's from the profits - then we can take it they are fully funded in the development on this asset? sounds a very high dividend from an asset with no news releases of BFS completed & production figure - IRR - Capex costs to the s/holders of this asset But IMO, I think Calvert has a buyer for their stake - othereise why pay the premiums to get into MCC - plenty of cheaper cash shells out there

If they are going into production, doesn't a Feasability study have to of been completed - we have no news on this from Zorbas!! Is this a pilot production - on a staged production system - are they producing coal or CTL, no updated news again on this

doesn't really but them that much of real assets, no matter who is running this, even with well experienced BoD's.......somewhere along the lines here they will do another placing to raise funds

It's the nominal price of the shares at 0.001p or one tenth of a penny - to issue up to 150m shares at a particular market price....it's not issuing 150m shares at 0.001p when they are buying a stake in another co who will accept shares instead of cash.

Re thinking, I think it means they can issue £150k worth of 0.001p shares , which is their nominal price at what ever market price they deem.

I read in the w/ends's FT that ITV paid £50m for the voice - & how ITV may be in a bidding race from overseas co's - although many noted in the report deied this - amazing that ITV brought in £1.7b in advertising revenues alone

Yes just calculate they sold off 778,000 but someone bought 618,000 at 50p - £309,00

MMC mu,ti bagged because Calvert bout a large % plus coming on Board plus completing placing for £3m on 5 Jan 17 plus issued options way above market price of shares - plus changing investing policy of the co - plus they may sell the 28% stake in the Vietnam coal asset - plus Calvert has a 2m share option to buy shares at 50p - all agreed weeks agaon when shares were below this so Piri is a different kettle of fish

So Mr S Fry is worth a reputed £52m Let's hope if the co requored more capital he can easily part fund any placings One thing we haven't mentioned is that they may even complete a RTO & bring in a very interesting co listing.....lets see

This should be an example of how other AIM co BoD's should issue themselves options - way above the market price to incentivise them on creating real s/holder value - not issue them at the market price running for years on end Plus salaries £24k pa taken in options set above the market price

Can't find anything negative at all in this rns on options Calvert's 2m option at 50p after 6 months - so expect conversion 30 June 17 gives the co another £2.5m What exactly were the £330,000 fees for anyone - but either way they agreed a price of 40p which was 35% above the price on 23 Dec, so all positive. Seems reading the runs these went to Calvert! Seems 40p - 50p is a base price we may hold, but we shall see
