Good post Bamb. If you read their Ye 31 Aug 18 accounts, they spent circa £300k from Sept 18 to Dec 24 2018. I do wonder where those funds were used. Jv costs....legal fees.. very large fees to pay out. Does make you wonder what that £300k was spent on!

So what was Danny's salary at his previous job? He still works for Kango, as consl fees were paid to him there if you read Ye accts. For your info D Swick is paid £90k pa from Algw. So was told by them.

Placing isn't a concern as someone mentioned that LSE co's can only place up to 20% of their market cap / or shares in issue each year.

So approx 126m x 20% = 25m placing shs even at 1.5p = £375k - total shs in issue = 126m + 25m = 151m

Problem is as BMD Daniel mentioned if they want to raise in excess of this they have to issue a new prospectus. That's what would kill it down further & over dilute it

It's also rumoured that MS has had to sell down his holding as now a Novum sec's employee to comply with regulations. But othing concrete confirmed on this yet.

His last 24 Sept 18 rns showed he owned 4% and Caprisi Holdings held 5.89% (total 9.89%) Not sure if Caprisi Holdings is connected to him as a holding company.
5.89% = 7.422m shs - MS holdings = 5.040m shs

Where is your evidence or proof they are on deep negotiations on sign'g up any deals. Nobody seems to know much about why they have not sold any Hybrid products. After 12 months of product release? Have a guess?

What huge news are you expecting? No assurance they will release anything before the Agm or inevs meeting.

Thanks for the info. But why another meetimg just to repeat discussions anout the business? Nothing new really, usually a negative sign having sholder meetings, just to let us know what potential they have & how large the market is. Which we all know.
