Take a strong lesson please don't buy that crap from BoD's - that to me is a strong sell signal to say the least.

If they were going to get anywhere near that they wouldn't be raising at this low price & have a tin pot market cap - not sounding negative but realistic

Also when BoD's set warrant prices, its because they want to give the strong impression their share price will hit that price sometime - there is not assurance / guarantee it ever will - Again seen that so many times from other placings where co's issue warrants with strike prices much higher - so as to give the impression they are so confident on reaching it - that it will help the investors buying in the placing - another clever gimick that BoD's can create.

There are several royalties also expected 2021 and sales with tier one vendors. I think conservativly we can expect £10m revenue for 20-21. That should make short term finance easier.

Hi Rambo, this Hybrid has changed from when it was first created - they didn't ention at all about a Bond/ Equity mix - they didn't mention anything as to what the Hybrid was invested in - even though they called it a Hybrid - but read the rns that mentioned the Bond/Equity - I doubt they are the only US Life co offering this type of bond!

They do have a lot of competition to deal with - they can certainly talk the talk - but talk is cheap - lets see if they manage to complete any official contracts with any institutions.
