Hi guys, when do you think the iis will start to sell the placing shares? can they sell before the 28th?

hi guys, i looked at the RNSs and done some research here. why is the design freeze taking so long? and how much longer will it take to have product ready after that? i'm not sure if the recent decline is do to the slight delay.

Why can't you argue with facts on this BB?

TDT is asking a lot of questions. A simple , factual response is all you need, and what would be great for EUA. I'm sorry to tell you that some of you don't have 5% of the knowledge TDT has on EUA. That's why you attack the man personally and instead of tackling his questions 1 by one.

2 weeks after EUA said we would have a nomad, we don't have one. That worries a lot of people who have invested including TDT because without a nomad, we will be delisted in 2 weeks. Delays are always a sign of bad news in this game and that's why markets don't like delays. Why wait till last minute unless you have a problem or you are waiting on things not yet in your hand.

why have they started twitting now and what are they trying to tell us ? is there something we can read from this?

I was invested here and sold out in £1.40s.
Last week, i noticed KEFI had been raising for a bit and decided to look into it. I could not find a reason for the recent raise to be honest. Having seen a few stocks that go up on no news at all and drop an RNS announcing placings, i left it alone and told myself to just keep an eye.

Harry is paid 30k a month and has to be the worse on AIM. delay after delay for years and years. How does he keep his job? i feel sorry for LTHs. I feel very sorry for those that bought in last week that got stitched up.

Thank you so much guys. In the absence of therapeutic, you can only get immunity by people who have the infection. Numbers are going up in places like Germany, South K and China which indicates, lock down will never get rid of the virus.
initially it was all about controlling impact on the nhs. now the approach is as good as herd immunity. odx test to see if you've had it will be key and in huge demand. People would have to be exposed first so in 2 - 3 weeks after easing the lock down is when ODX will be available and when testing is needed. Cheap entry at this price i think and i will help myself. Lol

DVHarriso, Always good to see you. not again :) The recent change from government with regards approach leads me to believe there'll be a huge demand for this. Just doing my research at the mo and seeing you here a massive positive Lol

I was in NCYT then GDR and am looking to get ODX.
I think it looking like the government wants to take us down the herd immunity path.
I think thi is going to be the new approach. I did a bit of research in odx and can see a product ill be available in 3 or 4 weeks. Can anyone help with some info...
-why is odx down 5% today when it should be much up on the back of the government approach? is there a seller? are there placing still being cleared? do you expect further placing near future?

We'll have to wait for the numbers.
a lot of peeps were saying 2p, 3p which was never going to happen when not much has changed.
going forward, very hard to predict.

I have no doubt GDR will do well but i was very disappointed with that. derampers used to come here and say placing coming up and we argued this is non-dilutive. However, given the crisis and competition to get the product out there, funding was needed so be it. I would question why it had to be at 60%. i would also question why they had to release the RNS at 8:50am when SP was at £3. This has now left me questioning the BoD and i will invest but not as much as i did. At ESL, they released an RNS yesterday 6 minutes before market close and you start to wonder if AIM companies care about PIs at all. I have to say NCYT are best of the lot when it comes to comms and ethic.

i was very impressed with the way gdr finished with regards sp. i have to say i did expect it to drop further and failed to come in at around 1.40s. I'll have to employ a different tactic.

That has been removed from the website. The website stated 10k per hour and 250k per week. I spotted that and we discussed it here.

I think Marv emailed the company and they have now updated it.

I agree with you 100%. To release an RNS 6 minutes before market close lacks a lot of class. Over at GDR, they released a fantastic RNS Monday at 4:30pm. SP shot up from £1.98 to £3 on Tuesday morning on the back of the late RNS , a lot of peeps bought in at £3. At 8:30am on Tuesday, a 2nd RNS came announcing placings at 60% discount and SP went south. A lot of people got hurt. AIM companies have no morals and values and don't give a '#'# about Pis.

As for ESL, dbay are well and truly in control and we can only guess as to what they plan to do. i think some sort of TO is on the cards. if directors think we'll need more than 6mil, esl will not have a lot of options. after we get the numbers, interested parties will step forward. esl still holds some big contracts. I've got to say that its been great having you on this bb with your knowledge of the business and esl. the truth is hard to swallow and i've learnt a lot from you. i was out of order at times and i apologies. A few of the guys were looking for you earlier and that says a lot about value of your input on this bb. I Have a nice weekend all.

i think he'll tell you nothing has changed. cash shell, debt, pik, £6mil to stay listed are all things we all knew.
he was looking to see what dbay will do and we have nothing - i can't see him investing just yet.

There nothing we didn't already know in the RNS. Peeps can look at RNSs from 02/12/2019 and 26/02/2020.

its positive we have 6 months extension from AIM to find 6mil. Been discussed here before.
Daby will do anything to ensure we stay listed so they won't struggle there.
We need to see numbers with regards performance.
A TO is not out of question here. We'll have to wait and see.

TF, nothing has changed. i've said they will need to find £6million. how much will that hurt the sp, we will have to wait and see. a TO is on the cards if nothing else.

previous support level was at around 1.08 - £1.10. it may not come down to 1.20s but there is a stong chance of that.
Whatever it is, long term holders need not worry.

to me old mates on this BB, hold. i have never deramped and i will never do it. don't panic guys.

and it can seem scary but as lths should not panic.
and i say this as a person who wants to come back in having sold before as some of you know.

all the staff posted on this board since early Feb is assumption. People are talking about what car to buy, based on Assumptions. Its born out of how EUA are treating their shareholders.
