The OO RNS was designed to fail without news!
I therefore assume that the tender news was expected, not only that it was expected to be positive. The timing of the release of the tender RNS has been deliberately held until the close of the OO, it was too much of a coincidence to be anything else. The positive I take from the trading is no sell off and strangely enough the same with KIBO. I remember the debacle with a certain Potts, how many millions were dumped then?
Like others I have topped up at these can't go any lower prices(so much for averaging down).
We need that update on production and the touted further contracts to rectify this shambles engineered by TANESCO, what their crazy shambolic attitude to investors in their country hopes to achieve is way beyond logic.
I hope RS comes up with a more informative update in the coming days.

As per.interims revenue (not profit) is quoted per 1000 tons per month.
Nomad is quite clear, yet the board is full speculation,gloom and doom, when all the answers are there. Production is going from 10hrs to 24hrs with the Northern area opening up in the near future. The figures we are all asking for will come as will the re-rate.

The recent update states 2 new contracts for 4kt per month, is that referring to the previous 2 contracts or is this as well as, it's either 8kt per month or 12 kts per month + the coalman at the gate. There will be more contracts to come, the production figures posted are abysmal.
It is not feasible that the contract conditions will not be met unless the customers are totally stupid and RS is a fraudster, neither I think is correct, so, contracts including new contracts will be met, what we are not privy to are the contractual conditions and when they are to commence, for that I will refer you to.people.eho have the insight that I do not have. Your summary is the reason I have continued buying reducing my average to a level that should be easily cleared. Still no buying pressure though. It needs that RNS with substantial figures to get investors activated, let's see what this month brings, perhaps BB will get his belter RNS. PS excellent.post.

Go back 9 years or so, even if the current share price 20 bagged there will still be a 90% loss (more for some) on the price paid then. So, the new investors have a big advantage. Good luck for the new year.

Multiple claims were made in that RNS including processing 24k tons of material per month after screening and water treatment, so it's a case of believe what you will. I hope the next RNS is more realistic and contains something to stop this 9 year downward slide. It is going to take some RNS for the early investors to recover some of their losses, without averaging down the chances are zero.

Going by previous updates contracts would not be signed until delivery of the right product could be guaranteed hence the trial shipments over the last several months, it would be reasonable to assume that all contracts are being adhered to. Lack of updates is the problem here. If the loan is to be paid they need to produce the tonnage quoted otherwise it will be a paper printing process in Feb. Plant upgrades should now be complete, so as SOS says where is the RNS?

Misleading RNSs and missed targets from a year ago, don't inspire confidence and again plant upgrades target missed. On the plus side I see nothing in recent news to indicate that EDL is going down the pan. Expansion of mining area Increased production 24hrs in 2019 Further contracts Money should now be in the bank for machinery/transport. As BB stated this needs a belter of a RNS to shift the price, my guess is that is what we will get,so for me it is a buy until proven otherwise. That is just my view, no doubt plenty will disagree, time will tell.

BB down to earth as usual. 11k tons 1-18 + Rifcot deal fell out of Santa's raggy stocking. It's difficult to produce something positive without updates but easy to be negative with just cause due to the SP. The conditional loan would have been given only after production and (ahem) figures of forecast profits had been seen, something we are.not privy to. Without production we are looking at more dilution in Feb. Until we get an update I will give RS the benefit of doubt. After all these years a few more weeks isn't long to wait, even a slide has a bottom it just depends on what you land in?

Re BB a fair assessment of the current state of play. Re contracts, the agreements would only be signed on a gaurantee of delivery,why else would the customer sign? RS said that plant upgrades were to be completed this year so a few weeks to go yet. They are already negotiating further contracts, we can only assume that production is increasing. It's a pity RS & JM are totally devoid of sentiment towards the shareholders so the only guide that we have is the disappearing.SP. make what you will if that.

From declining memory. 10k tons Jan 18, orders for 11k tons, selecting customers offering best payment terms, cash flow positive in 18 months. All RNS related. Currently non of the above achieved! RS awards himself lack of performance pay rise, no sign of embarrassment. Latest upgrades delayed without explanation and no attempt to bolster the SP. Having looked at the value of my original investment (many years ago) those shares have less value than the ink in a full stop, although I have averaged down on the drops (no shortage of those). The current SP going in the same direction, yet, they must be looking at production well in excess of 10k tons per month to repay the loan which according to RS has an income value of at least $1000000 per month. My 2 remaining/decaying grey cells keep bumping together saying that something is not right with this outfit. Ah well back to the cocoa and little white pills.
