Will need to look into it more to see if we can find out where Sharp may be getting their cad free QD's from...

Just read an article that suggests the Sharp 70inch 8K TV uses cad free QD's... Sharp showcased this TV in Sept last year - and from what I can tell (though i'll need to look into this more), they were intending to release in Japan and China in March... I44 - I agree. I also think we might be surprised when Samsung announce their QLED line up tomorrow. It maybe wishful thinking, but part of me is hopeful that Samsung are working to have their 8K Q9S (i.e. the model with the AUO panel at CES 2018) as their flagship TV to showcase / market around the world cup in June.

troublesome - true answer is I'm not sure - but a (slightly) educated guess is that there are currently 71 Nanoco employees on LinkedIn - 4 of which seems to have the job title 'production chemist' or 'production technician'. Obviously, not all employees may be on LinkedIn... Would it be feaible for 1 production chemist to be producing say 10kg of QD per month....?

With these new additional jobs, and taking the lowest salary stated in each add, that's c. £250,000 of additional salaries currently being advertised to be added to the wage bill (plus national insurance etc....). Given how cost conscious Nanoco stated they were being during 2017 (and the redundancies at the start of 2017 etc...), I consider that they would not be recruiting at this leve nowl unless there was near term visible income / orders to fill.
