The two large delayed trades in the 15’s were buys and the two in the 14’s were sells. The rise into 15’s never really had momentum, it was more a case of MM’s taking it up after the RNS landed, thinking that this was new news, when in fact it was already largely reflected in the SP due to the delay in the posting of the RNS.

I don’t disagree S&S. Two of those projects are about to be listed together on the NASDAQ so we will test the theory shortly. When that happens, we will see what the value is from a US/global investor perspective, and I’m betting it will make the EMH market cap increase today look relatively small. I think those two assets (Songwe and Pulawy) need to be kept together given their strategic and economic reliance on each other.

I'm happy with the progress today. Some may be disappointed that we're not doing an EMH, but that was never on the cards for us here. For EMH this announcement effectively confirms that their main project is going to go ahead. For us Pulawy has been on the periphery, probably not even in our top 5 projects, with no/little value attached to date. I think the true benefit of today's announcement will be reflected in the SPAC valuation we are likely to get sometime in the next few weeks. This news will definitely lift both the Pulawy and (indirectly) Songwe valuations significantly and gives massive credibility just before we list.

I think Will and Alex must be travelling, with the news catching them a bit by surprise. Otherwise they would have provided a comment to go with the RNS. From the SAV RNS you can see that being selected on this list means that the EC have done extensive due diligence on the project and are confident that it can be delivered in the near term. This is great news for us, as it shows us just how real Pulawy is, when most of us had written it off 12 months ago.

It's definitely picked up again after a lull, moving in waves, 15p looks like it may be on!

Well, that's half true, EMH up over 70%, SAV up 1%. We're doing ok at up 15%. But plenty more to come when it does get announced. What news will be next, as we predicted, it's coming at us at pace from all directions!

Just reading across from MKA here, where we also have a successful project. The total capital value of the projects is €22.5 billion, this is referring to the total capital costs to build out all of the projects, not how much funding the EU is providing. Just making sure people don't get the wrong idea. We had the same debate on that BB.

You may be right Bonker. I can't really think of another reason they wouldn't RNS this today, other than them being spread too thinly / off around the world doing deals in the background. But surely they must have known about the date of the decision given they were the ones in the process. Let's see...

I agree GLR, there was virtually no value attached to Pulawy in the MKA SP prior to today. So we've gone from that, to a massive project that is virtually guaranteed to succeed given the EU backing, which will also have great economics due to grant funding and cheap EIB financing, and will progress very quickly due to the expediated permitting and preferential treatment.

That has already happened (clocks changing means it's 1.30pm UK time open there at the moment). Anyway, I don't think the Canadian listing has ever been prioritised in terms of news
