Is anyone in contact with the company? The EMH RNS was released after 10.30am, so it feels like they only found out themselves this morning.

Agree that it is very significant, for a part of our project portfolio that had little/no value attached to it before today, and which also greatly improves the project economics of Songwe. I am quite confident that we will get grant funding of some sort, but think the cheap debt financing from EIB will also be of very significant value to us, as will the accelerated permitting process.

Personally I can see the benefits to Pulawy being:

- potential grant funding

- Access to EIB debt financing on below market terms - meaning we use more debt (on great terms) than equity to finance the project = less dilution and higher IRR

- Accelerated permitting schedule, maximum of 12 months

- Connections with suppliers and offtakers

The €22.5 billion is the capital value of the projects, not the level of funding from the EU.

We are at our highest SP since March 2023! Breaking 12's is big!

Was thinking this morning that based on yesterday's SP action we clearly need another catalyst to break 12p for good, and then we get this news today, fantastic. Just need to company to actually RNS it!!!!

We have a clear strategic and financial advantage with our patented short loop process. We are opening two plants this year, both of which have benefited from plenty of government funding, so I am not particularly surprised/disappointed to see Hypromag Germany not receive further funding. Do we know if they even applied? It may be that the funding is for projects at earlier stages in their development, certainly that would be the case for Pulawy. I think we should be concentrating on the positives. If Pulawy does get funding, how good a story is this just before NASDAQ listing!?

Agree, Hypromag Germany has already received millions in matched funding and is nearly ready to go into production.

The German translation for verarbeitung is processing. I can't see there being another REE processing plant in that part of Poland. I think it's ours.

Yeh I agree Gallmat, pretty crazy to announce in a paper before the actual announcement.
