Yep, looks and feels different to the last time we briefly made it into the 12's. Seems like a stronger move, from a higher launch pad.

Good to see Cotec responding to the executive order:

Lots of exciting stuff in the executive order, particularly under Sec. 6. Accelerating Private and Public Capital Investment.

Yeh I'm getting 12.06p bid for 250k shares. We are at 12 month highs and really looking good for lift off with today's executive order and all the news we have coming.

Likely, can sell half a million at 11.57p now.

Haha, mine was definitely a poor relation to yours! But good to know I'm thinking along the right lines. Agree with the point around making MKA's negotiating position stronger by further developing the ex-USA business. Having the UK plant up and running should help a little with this, as would an announcement on Japan.

I think the Cotec ownership of 60% of Hypromag US may make things a little more difficult in this regard. If MKA owned Hypromag and its subsidiaries outright then then listing the business would seem a lot simpler and could be done quickly. The US business has become a lot more valuable with Trump coming in and post feasibility study, so figuring out the relative ownership stakes of a repackaged Hypromag, which has 100% ownership of all the local subsidiaries (including Hypromag US), may be the hurdle. Obviously if all parties are keen on the listing then they should be able to overcome this.

In the meantime, SP looking very strong this morning, can sell 400k at 11.56p.

Let's hope the lack of commentary from Will and Alex is because they are sorting the deals out in the background and are therefore sure they will have something concrete to announce on these topics shortly, and so are less worried about the day to day share price in the meantime.

Yeh time to capitalise (excuse the pun). We have one funding bid in already for Hypromag US. I think Julian may have mentioned another they were planning. Manufacturing of magnets with secure supply chain in three Trump states, surely the Donald would love that story!

The MKA boys have been in Washington a fair bit too, can they use this to their advantage for the listing?

Not sure about 12.5p today, but I am getting a higher dummy sell price quoted for 300k than for 10k, which shows that they want shares in volume.

While I understand some of your concern, the funding application Julian mentioned is for Hypromag US. I think Trump mostly cares about USA onshore manufacturing/production and less about ownership (as long as it's not Chinese!). I think we'll be fine. If we do list the recycling business on the NASDAQ then I assume it will be called Hypromag / Hypromag US(A).

Especially with Julian constantly doing the rounds talking up how great the business is and how much better our economics are than those of our competitors!

Was it someone on here who asked Julian the question about the USARE valuation? While he was pleased to see the USARE valuation, he thinks our business is simpler, lower risk, and has a higher value.

Julian saying they expect to know the outcome of their Hypromag USA government funding application in the next quarter. They are also looking at bank financing for the project.

He's looking as red as ever! But watching the discussion, our business case just comes across so well. We are definitely at the right place, at the right time.

If this is the SP reaction based on the USARE listing debut, imagine what happens when we announce our SPAC listing valuation (in my view well north of $100m). SP should go crazy!
