Excellent post Dav , but the financial loss pales into insignificance compared to the 'externality' loss of my time, the bad feeling every morning when i wake up, the lost friendships as a result of my recommending iof, all time i could have otherwise spent dating a beautiful woman or playing chess.

I think it goes beyond that , they are head over heels in love with this company, this company can do no wrong whatsoever in their eyes. DANGEROUS VERY VERY VERY. Being a quite a big fan of columbo , its not surprising that i have one more thing to say. Only a few weeks ago , following a bounce, madchick was bemoaning the quantity of shares she had then bought prior to the bounce, saying she wished she had bought more. Perhaps greed rearing its ugly head? It is now far far cheaper than her previous entry point ( 60 % cheaper) and she now has if she choses the perfect opportunity to make good on that wish if she choses to do so.

Following the revelation of Madchick's sell, and my compliments of her apparent ' calmness' in what must be a harrowing situation, I wonder if she has now bought back in at the lower level? It seems she was right to do that, the shares are now much cheaper to buy. I note the reason why she delayed re- purchase was that she was very busy on that day. I wonder if she is now less busy and was able to complete the purchase back?. All in all , if i had a substantial holding in these shares already, and to top up would be a temptation, personally i would hold off. Just what i would do. And my personal recommendation is not to invest any money at all in this share, even if it 20 bags.
