Cant disagree with you that a Major would want the biggest % as possible. I have something in the back of my mind that the Hydrocarbon Law in Morocco dictates that ONHYM has 25% on every license, now the bit I am not sure about is if they have to keep hold of it.

In a recent report A small part of that license (TE5 Horst ) was deemed to be worth approx 300mln in profit over a period of ten years and that was to sound. Therefore no need to half the 300mln.

1 billion shares divided by the 300mln gives approx 30p per share.

Now that 30p does not included the rest of the upside of the eastern license.
It does not include a potential of 9tcf mid case at sidi.

So you can see why some poster can see a Deal price of over 50p. I am far more pessimistic, but that is my outlook.

Pretty sure a major with its own field service arm would not, but SLB are used by many explorers all over the world. I would hope they would want to stay with the asset. And yes the seismic is sub optimal due to the noise and lack of calibration. But that was not evident until after they had finished the first stage of processing, by then it was too late.

I am sure it is providing them with some information and maybe with reprocessing they may even get something very useful. I would imagine the worst it could do is supply a buyer the best areas to undertake some 3D seismic.

I think the TE10 location would strongly benefit from a cube or 2.

Testpack. Don't be silly we are only selling our part of the license. We cant sell ONHYM or SLBs, its not ours.

I would be pretty sure that ONHYM have no intention of selling, in fact i do think they can. SLB IMHO wont sell either.

Prudent was only posting about our part of the license and the Progressive report having SOund at 27p was also only considering Sounds assets.

OK should have does not seem possible at the moment. Stranger things have happened, but not many

would love to have £1 or even 50p. But at the moment that is not possible. Hopefully with SD buying in today it helps. Just wish all of the other BOD could/would have done the same over the past couple of years.

Hard to see a big buyer or seller on L2 no big orders in place. When they do come they are appearing as icebergs so the you never know how much they are selling

That was the rumour. But lets not forget that TE6 and 7 where appraisal wells of the Horst. TE5 was a discovery that flowed and was made by someone else. So the 50 million seemed a bit cheeky. but 100 Million and 3 Years later, all of that time and money has not added to the potential. In fact if you look at the fastnet TCF figures we have significantly revised down the upside pontential of the license area.

It is a shame but all our time and hard work has demosntrated beyond any doubt that the TAGI is very difficult and the pontial of OGIP has been reduced.
