But imho the news is much bigger than one well. We may have commercial rates, we may not be in the sweet spot for the 2.6 tcf but they are looking at it on seismic. But what we do have is the basin model being proved up. And for all of the potential buyers, they want to see an upside. This has just been confirmed in this RNS.

Forget about the SP this is now also about the LE price...............

I think we can now safely say we are underpinned at the value of the TE5 Horst. As James has always said. There is plenty of running room in the upside for the rest of the license area.

This news is has just helped confirm the basin model. For me it is so much more than how much they have discovered at TE10, it means that there is much more gas in the license than the Horst. It makes the
LE a real possibility before TE11..

I think Brian wishes he did not use the words fundamentally wrong. But when he did he was talking about the companies mechanisms for finding structures similar to the TE5 Horst. He was not saying that if TE9 fails then the whole of the basin is fundamentally wrong.

He answers the question directly on the CC and answers it well, the basic answer being they are learning and learning quickly about the basin.

JP is clear again that the chance of the TE5 Horst being the only gas field in the whole of the license is very unlikely.

They will be feeding the results of all of the legacy wells with all of our wells and polishing the model. If the TE10 small play comes in then I would imagine this may proves many many 100bcf pools of gas. 100BCF is a big number.

If the Strat play comes in then we can go back to talking about £2 plus SP.

TE10 has a 26% COS, TE6 was 22%.

BM and the team will be playing this very conservativley. Listen to the CC they have seen anomolies that are very similar to TE6.

These anomilies are not present at TE8. They are still clearing up the noise but they seem pretty encouraged by what they have seen so far.

I asked Brian if the AV anomalies seen in TE10 that make him confident about the structure are analogous to any anomalies seen at the TE5 Horst. The answer yes very much so.

Also JP can’t give guidance on the SP or future SP but did say he was unaware of any other share that was as good as Sound. So that must include Echo, Coro and a a few other E&Ps.

Very hard to buy at the end of the day. The 250k buy order did not get filled, even though it moved up.

From today it appears that on our current discovery we are only at 55% of NAV and we have Money in the bank 2 more wells, a new theory for the way the basin will prove up and a very very supportive cornerstone investor.
