The first part of the RNS talks about the GSA and the Concession area.

The second part does not mention the concession area and I think relates to the rest of the acerage outside the concession area. As you can imagine if we hit lots more gas then we will be exporting it.

Norway has a massive exposure to oil and gas prices because of its reserves. It makes absolute sense to reduce this unbalanced exposure. its a few billion pound out of over 1 trillion wealth fund.

I think JP hinted that if we see RNS that sometimes they are really for the PI. He also hinted that he may need to slow things down to fit in with LE negotiations.

And lets not forget he was very clear the PI will be the last to know about any deal.

Production Update

In 2018, the Company also successfully completed four well interventions (CSo-96, CSo-104, CSo-21, and CSo-80) in the Cañadon Salto Field, onshore Argentina (Fracción D licence). With all of the cost associated with selling and buying, I would think the SP needs to higher, otherwise it just is not worth it. JP would end up with a just a few more shares, fewer options and cheesed off investors.

Why not just keep hold of the options and cash them in when the change of control happens.

SLB got 27.5 of the asset for their funding of the drill and Seismic. They may have received a very good deal already by see the acquisition of sounds percentage at a high premium as very attractive.

IMO they have "bought" into tendrara at very good rates already. They will not be looking for further gravy.
