A bit more
A formal farm down process is now in play with advisors.
We got a a good update on the Phase 1 process. All going as plan and all large purchase orders are now in place.
6200 sq meter storage tank for LNG has been ordered
The Timelines for 1st gas from LNG - back end of 2023. They know they have license commitments due this year.
Bit more detail.
They do not seem worried about tax. It is going to be a relatively long time before concluded. And it appears that they can deal with it even in worse case scenario.
They are very pleased with the Morocco Bank deal. “Best they have seen in 20 years of experience.
They have ideas about potentially selling gas outside of the x2 GSA.
Phase 1 and 2 are going to create a lot of cash flow for many many years.
They don’t understand why the SP has dropped following the latest RNSs, they see only positives.
They have plans for Sidi, not too much detail but it is forming.
Just got out. All very positive. Looks like we have sensible and sustainable development plans with a 3 well exploration strategy. Plenty of detail, from various Sound staff. Nice meeting some of the shareholders from previous meetings.

Ok KTF we will never agree. But simple fact is SP is lower than it was 3 years ago when GL took over. And I cannot reconcile “good intentions” or “plans” when I am looking if my investments have been successful. But maybe you can.
Ultimately GL has had over 3 years. I know it was in a pretty poor state when he took over. But come on 3 years and the value per share is lower then when he started. Our investment is Worth less then when he started. That is the simple inconvenient truth.
I see your point KTF. But SP is the only tangible measure of Value.
We invest to see a profit, not just to see progress on deals. Especially when the deals that are being put together seem to favour our in country partners, ahead of the shareholders.
GL took the CEO spot Feb 2020 with a SP of 1.55p.
Today over 3 years later we are below that SP and looking to go lower. The transition from JP to GL was orchestrated by the guys in Morocco, and let’s face it they are currently looking to do very well from the deals that GL has “put together”. Not so much the for ever suffering shareholders.
GL has not created any shareholder value, he needs to start doing that soon.
An that is with no value given for massive exploration potential or Sidi Moktar.
I think we will see a rerate when we find out who our partners will be for exploration wells.
Imagine the price When SBK is spudded.
Regular media catching up. Both sides blaming each other.

Hi All
Don’t have a short position.
There are several reports of some pretty awful stuff going on in Gambi, I have not posted because not appropriate. Understand that this has been going on for sometime in Ethiopia, it is clear now why the security compliance is such an integral part of any deal.
Oh and SB_1964 no need for name calling. I have told you and your mother to stop fixating on my gentleman sausage.
Talk of another disturbance. Needs to be resolved

I would say that funding is identified with the umbrella agreement. It will only be secured when the EG meet the criteria set out in the RNS. Then individual agreements will be signed.
1 umbrella
2 EG make/commit to outstanding actions
3 individual agreement
4 funding secured.
If EG don’t make the change then no money
