Doubtful. I expect Bayls never gives it a second thought Roller. As for Kurt, I’m gutted that he left while the sp was so low (lower since), and that his plans were deemed insufficient. He’s a top bloke, in my opinion, but can’t now be said to have seen this as being a success story under his tenure. We did secure the concession, and no doubt his supplementary work contributed greatly towards achieving that positive outcome, but it seems he didn’t have the necessary preparation capabilities for what came next. He wasn’t ready to kick on, following the decision. All a bit random and haphazard, but I feel he was under a lot of pressure without any assistance. Or very little. Anyway, he’s gone now, and I’m still miffed about it all, but he took this as far as he could, or was allowed to do.
A change will mean a different strategy, more structure to the plans perhaps, so I’m all for that.
