I agree. It was more of an abrupt "Sod off, because you wouldn't let us ride roughshod over you" kind of spiteful comment. The BOD seems to forget that it is employed in order to represent ALL shareholders, not just its chosen few. Regards.

Amazing that last RNS really. We were informed that we probably won't get anything, yet MML is not in Administration, so we do still actually have all the assets to sell. Everything we had before. Lol.

Ok Red. I'll keep plodding on. Just no funds left, otherwise I'd use them to try and help get some answers for shareholders and take the BOD to task over its behaviour. Just frustrated. Thanks for your support, much appreciated.

I've unfortunately put £17k into this and have no money left to contribute to any Class Action. So be it. I wish everyone well who may have the funds available to pursue justice, but I can't afford to do this, so I'm forgetting this share now. It's gone for me, written off. I shall record it as such and move on. Best wishes to those who remain, fighting for their investment, but for me, a real long-termer, I may as well sign off now. Shouldn't the Class Action consideration/breakdown really depend on how much you paid for your shares, rather than how many you hold? Not sure.

Feel for you Obi. Many of us have lost thousands here. We can only put it down to a life experience that didn't work out, but an experience nonetheless. Our investments are gone, quite horrifying, but we may see justice prevail here, so there is still a chance of a favourable outcome on that front, if not a favourable financial one. Hi mate. I'm not surprised at that RNS, only in that the BOD has not yet put the actual assets into Administration. Huh? What then has it done? It has in effect placed only the Beacon Hill name into Administration, which in itself is worthless. MML not affected? Unbelievable. It seems quite clear that this looks to be incorrect. Par for the course unfortunately, but just something else the BOD has thrown into the faces of its shareholders. Spite? I hope we can get some justice for all shareholders Red, and although second best to each of us actually getting our investment stakes back, it would be most worthwhile, as we can then have a more reasonable closure from our time here in the share. Yes, not sure what the legality is, but I can't see how the mine, our main asset, escapes being part of the Administration process. For now at least. It does seem that the BOD are determined that shareholders won't get anything, yet there must be some value left if the mine itself is sold and debts paid off. Tonight, I just find it unreal, so am going to sleep on it, and look at it again tomorrow. Regards.

How are you doing Katie? Sorry for all involved that things reached this stage. It is difficult to take. If the mine is worth something, then maybe we can still recover some of our losses, anything would be better than nothing. Not happy with today's RNS, but it proves that even with the proposed 1000:1 consolidation, the BOD still didn't actually have anyone lined up regarding significant funding under reasonable conditions. Karstel has had plenty of time to sort such funding out and hasn't. He and Farr-Jones have been inept, and worse, have not accepted the responsibility for their actions by resigning. Anyway, not sure where we go next. Not much activity on the BHR Shareholder site or email inbox. Best wishes.
