Thanks for the info Dave. I think that's more to do with when we settle funds though, usually after 3 days, rather than when disclosure of shares bagged by a buyer passing the 3% threshold has to be notified to shareholders. Similarly, if a major shareholder sells and drops down to the 3% threshold line.
I guess the buying hasn't finished yet, hence the current non-disclosure by the 0.0249er. If the buying is continuous, I think they can wait until the end.
Only my thoughts, but I could be wrong.
