The Government has all comments in from every interested and relevant party, and with nobody else left to pass the application to, the circulation of our application has now ceased. The Government is going over the submissions and will make the final decision. It is the end stage of the process. Sounds like progress to me.

Aye, nearly eight years invested here for me now, so it's been a ridiculously long slog for quite a number of us. A short commissioning time sounds good, I'd be happy with that, so fingers crossed no problems arise and that the Bozweasel pays the electricity bill. Lol.

Agree, and the RNS wording was shocking.

But there wasn't a mention of the start of commissioning in the RNS, whereas there was a mention of both the start and finish of construction. The RNS could therefore also be taken that it's the end of construction and start of commissioning by September. If it is the start of commissioning then that would explain any gap where we would otherwise apparently seem to be doing nothing until December.

Pad, please confirm whether this is a fair description of your thoughts and intentions: You have admitted, via the JLP bb, that you would like BMR to fold into JLP. That you also want JLPs sp to remain low, so that BMRs 4% is also low in terms of cash value, which you hope will put additonal strain on BMR, should it need to raise funds. You have also posted that you are going to short this stock massively. Finally, you do not hold or intend to buy and retain BMR shares. Is that about right? Thanks.

Yes Pad, that's why 10p warrants would have been better. No brakes applied then until double figures. A natural market sp flow based on news. Great. The 5p warrants will slow any natural rise, in my view, just because they are there. Looming! But I'd love to be wrong. Fookin' sick of warrants really. That was Alikhani's favourite thing, and he is now off his knockers, sat eating his own turds in a darkened room.

I think that is wise, not adding more if you are happy with your lot, because although the JV is highly likely, we don't yet have proof of just how successful our partnership will be on the production front. Whether we'll encounter problems or whatever. Even animosity. Lol. I personally don't see JLP as our technical saviour, more that it was very fortunate, due to our own financial woes, to have become involved with the project, and then obviously able to utilise the data from the work already done by us, to help enhance the process. So not a saviour, more of an complementary assistant. But, the processing in practice is what I'm looking to. Leon and Birdo might talk a good game, but the proof will be in the results achieved when the plant starts chuggin', lol, and whether the lads can adhere to the Zambian timeframes without too many teething problems. We shall see. Dare I say it, look forward to it. Lol.
