The Nomad is still nowhere in sight at the moment eh? Speaking of Nomads. I did contact WH Ireland twice a couple of weeks back (via the contact portal on their website), regarding shedding a bit of light on the resignation. Unfortunately I didn't receive any form of acknowledgement from them either time that I sent the enquiry. Not even to say that they couldn't divulge anything, but thanks for contacting them. Pity, and quite poor of them not to have replied, in my view. Anyway, maybe our new Nomad (fingers crossed that Alex gets one) will have better manners. And so we wait.

That's where my Dad lives. The fracking isn't at all popular around the area. I can see why as well. More questions than answers at this point, because it is a fairly new concept that many feel has been allowed to be implemented without stringent regulation in place. We shall see. Lol.

I suppose you being supercilious has been the main factor towards your lack of popularity here. Not being able to accept that long-term holders need proof of action, not merely the words of action, another reason why you've come unstuck. A few weeks ago you also had a late night rant at existing shareholders who post on here. Shareholders who have held for going on a decade or more. Not a sharp move. Words have got us nowhere to date Vig, except into this predicament. We need to recover from this current situation first, then perhaps we can look ahead. Until then, the vanadium in the tailings might as well be a cat's ar.se.

I agree. The slide to a penny or thereabouts was the worst ever. This drift downwards just looks due to the lack of any new interest being shown here, particularly perhaps with the election looming, and the likelihood of a delay in any decision until that has passed. People are just waiting for positive news before committing. Or, like our Graham, watching to see if it drifts lower, with a buy-in price in mind. Obviously, the share remains silently hot. Lol. Should a decision not emerge prior to this election, and the Greens get the boot, I'm trusting this waiting could be brought to a swift end. At the latest Almedalen gathering surely Kurt would have been continuing to promote our worth to the Jokkmokk area, while perhaps also touching on the system's failings at the same time. Aye the Beacon Hill ticker remained in my portfolio for a good while after the Compamy folded, no chance that it would relist though, but the info and ticker have gone now. Just an historic filed record I think, should I need to recall it. It was a visible tragedy in my p/f for at least a year. The LSE page for BHR eventually went as well. The eternal sunshine of a spotless mind. Lol.

I've been involved with a delisting too, with BHR (Beacon Hill), but that was because it went into administration, so we can only see what happens in each case. It's a different situation with this here, as we do apparently have investors ready and BMR also has a share in JLP to fall back on. Securing a Nomad should hopefully see us ok Will, then we can crack on with getting the project moving. In my view it is highly unlikely that JLP won't go ahead with the JV partnership, as the potential asset value at Kabwe is too good to ignore. Above ground to boot. But we know all this. Lol. Hence why we just have to wait for official news, good or bad, and take it from there. A testing time for us though, no question about that. Cheers Will.

Hi Will. Apparently Alex is trying to get us a Nomad, so if he is successful then we shouldn't delist. I haven't thought much beyond that, as in regarding going private or sourcing another platform. Only that it would be easier for Alex to keep information from shareholders. My concern though is that if we had to delist, whether the supposed investors who are lined up (providing we have a JLP green light for Kabwe) still wish to stump up their cash. If we are no longer on AIM, would that make a real difference to them, and would they be able to then also demand more shares for their involvement. So, it could throw up a number of further hurdles for existing shareholders. If we can't remain on AIM, you have to ask yourself just how poor also would these other platforms be, in terms of regulation, that they would accept us. Will, we need to be relisted, and should be. Let's think positive and see what news brings. Best regards.

Your opinion is supported by the five year malaise, which I can't disagree about, but to suggest that these are the end days is utter rubbish and pure mischief. As you well know, Kurt has the legal option available to hold these Swedes to account, should a decision not come under this administration. We are also well funded. Best regards.

Hi Bring. Yes, the question remains as to what the "hand" is, and if we shareholders actually view it as anything significant. More importantly, to the good, in our favour. We know Alex has a tendency for misleading us, as evidenced by his being "delighted" with the bad decisions that he's made supposedly on our behalf and in our interests.

We shall soon see what the hand is though. if indeed there is one.

If we don't relist, of course it will be a disaster. We shareholders have almost always kept trying to find the positives out of what has been an ever deteriorating situation since Alex took over. He has been responsible for our demise to this point, post-MA, because he obviously isn't up to the requirements of the job. Bring, you are really having to contact him incessantly in an attempt to get him to do the job he should be doing for us. Lol. Every credit to you, but we all know that with a decent CEO leading the Company, constant contact would not be necessary. The information would be relayed to shareholders as it should, ensuring we are kept in the picture. I agree with you Klue. If we are forced to go private, or are newly listed on a lesser platform, it will be perhaps near impossible for us to find out anything much at all. Borrelli has needed replacing since the MTR bid, in my view. Yet he lingers to take his wage as we struggle further, because of his "hands off" approach. It does seem that we are always more concerned about the goings on here than he is, and that speaks volumes. Cheers lads.
