If the Gov won't give one, or a likely date for one, I reckon he would need to then push to be officially informed as to why that is. What the latest excuse is. Then take it from there. If the Gov is unwilling to supply a sniff of a date, or a reason, I feel it's time for Kurt to tell Baylan that he has no other option but to take a legal route, in order to protect the interests of our Company and its shareholders. These are my thoughts Sooz. We've had the pee taken for way too long and it absolutely shouldn't have happened in the first place. Shareholders have taken the full brunt of this lack of due process, have suffered and continue to do so far greater than Kurt, because we of course don't get paid handsomely for our time here, have seen nothing except dilution of our shares without progress on the ground, in return for our support and the adjustments in our own lives because of this investment, nor have we received Options to enhance our shareholding. The real point is, if the body responsible for issuing permits, the MI, has supported our application twice, then where is the concession? Doesn't the main Government trust its own official arm in our sector? It has been proven that the CAB has deviated this process beyond the acceptable, so the decision by the Government, based on the MI's contribution and the fact that BEM has satisfied the award criteria according to legal guidelines, it should be a very simple "yes". Not a balancing act, as you referred to earlier. We know that this conclusion shouid not be reached accord
