Had he not mentioned that, we'd still be utterly disgusted by the behaviour of the Swedish Government, but now we also have him putting his head on the block somewhat. Why did he say it? If there is no decision by then, it obviously just pi55.es us off further. I feel then, that your post is completely fair. Atb.

The Swe-Gov inaction is driving our Company into the ground. Kurt can point that out to Baylan. International incident? Compensation? The Swedish mining rankings are sliding globally and confidence in their process is rightly becoming non-existent. Yet nothing is being done. Just more meetings about what could be done. Only the Sami folks are rubbing their hands over such inefficiency. So getting back to now then, where's the permit? Why are we waiting today? It's no good everyone being up in arms verbally about the process Sooz. That is not taking the Government to task over it. Water off a duck's back. A legal challenge would be different. As has been discussed, an international court may set a date for conclusion of the matter. It doesn't have to get to that stage, but I feel Kurt can indicate that it will be a strong consideration, if we continue to be fobbed off. He must protect our interests. Those are my thoughts. We shouldn't even have to talk about any of this, because we should be mining right now. x

We don't want end of summer Sooz. Kurt mentioned not unreasonable for a decision before it, so we'd be doing what we have always done if we accept end of summer. That is, extending our period of waiting yet again and then, if still no decision, we'll do the same after summer, and so on, then be drifting towards another year gone with no progress on the project. This with no excuses now, such as an election in the way, of a decision coming. That's the whole point of taking a different course of action, at least spelling it out to the Government that, to prevent further damage to our investment in their country, we are prepared to do other than just wait. In absolute fairness to the Company and its shareholders, moreover, as a duty of care. Afty. x

I feel he could and should be reminding the Swedes how damaging this process has been for the Company, and continues to be, both monetarily and in terms of development. No reason why he can't ask for an end date, or be given a reason as to why not. He has to be tough. It doesn't matter if they don't like it. Only my view.

I feel that is a fair point. The silence. Throughout our years of waiting, we've always had news of what is happening next with the application, even if it meant the unfortunate news of it being passed to the Government (both times) or awaiting comments from such a party etc. Since the Government has had it back on this occasion, it then itself setting dates for all final comments to be in, we've heard nothing official as to why there continues to be a delay, other than the election last year, the aftermath spilling out into this January. So it is now June and Kurt has acknowledged that the Company's first official meeting with the Government was only this May, but with still no date given by the Swedes for an end to the saga. That is not good enough, everything considered. I feel shareholders need more information, with a reason why Kurt hasn't demanded a date for an end to this situation, or why none was provided at the meeting. The Government telling us how important Kallak is to Jokkmokk is a nothing. Everybody involved in this process already knows that. But we do still have time before summer, albeit not much. An update before then regarding only Kallak, would be appropriate, in my view. Cheers Bricktop.

I agree with that lb. No point in just turning up and listening. Kurt should field these important questions from shareholders and to go without asking them would be a waste of time. Things have been bloody shocking with Sweden for another entire year. The Swedes have continued to prevent us from making any progress whatsoever on our flagship project, ultimately we've then again witnessed the all too familiar stifling of our Company's market cap. Kurt knows this isn't acceptable, and from an investors viewpoint, we shouldn't be okay with waiting to see what happens for the remainder of the year, should the decision not come, or at least a date for one, before summer. The concession problem needs to be dealt with or the Company will never be successful. It's that simple. Kosovo and Finland are lesser projects, whereas we know that good old Swedish Kallak is one of the finest deposits in Europe. And it's just sitting there with an ANI flag sticking out of its ars.e. In my opinion only. Atb.
