Especially if your post is short, which they tend to be, and you haven't supported your statement with any other information whatsoever. If if isn't yet a fact please don't give the impression that it is, or that you know something the rest of us don't.

It doesn't sound good if he's stalling by claiming to be waiting on JLP, but if he did change the Articles to avoid the need to audit, then that would surely look bloody fishy. I'm not well up on these matters though, so not sure if he'd have to gain shareholder approval to become a private company and amend the Articles.

Nothing would surprise me with this investment Rosie. BMR holders have already been screwed over by the awful business moves of this clown.

Yes, I agree, but on AIM, just as an example, he was duty bound to issuing news under the certain rules of that stock market. Since delisting we haven't had any. Only tweets, because he hasn't been bound by the same rules and is a bit duff at communicating, to say the very least, which also hasn't helped us.

I should have said the final part of your Option B or Option B (ii). The first part re LKAB should perhaps be a different Option really or Option B (i).

Hi MW. I feel your Option B is way off. Thinking of damage done already via the additional five year wait. All our necessary fundraising, the deviation of the process by Swedish authorites, without punishment, and meanwhile no progress made by us on the ground. Then factoring in what the deposit is worth as is, and taking into consideration also the additional potential tonnage based on the magnetic map. Tonnage that we could have indeed added, i.e. and that we could have been proven up by now to mineable JORC standard. Option B would therefore have to be nearer to Option C, in my opinion. 15p is derisory. Especially if it would be a case of keeping this out of European Court.

Can you imagine 15p being accepted then miraculously the deposit gets developed by someone else.

They don't know or care what our Company and its shareholders have been through, possibly because they aren't directly involved. Not being involved means not having to bother, until really pressed from all areas, matters then coming to a head. That's how they appear to be. Let's not upset anyone, so let's don't do anything. Lol.

It probably will do, but now we know that the Government won't or shouldn't have Kallak on its publicly published list for discussion, considering an announcement will be given after trading hours. Unless I am wrong, but if it is on the list and we can all see it, then that in itself is price-sensitive and there would be no point in an after hours announcement. Lol.

Point being, it would be unfortunate to sell at this point, in my view, then miss the announcement, because we now don't have any idea when it will be.

The other problem is I'm losing sleep because of it.

The company is delisted from the AIM market, but it hasn't gone into liquidation, so still exists, just not currently on a trading platform. We are supposed to relist, maybe not on AIM, but are waiting for a circular from Borrelli, which will hopefully outline what the plan is. Moreover, we should have a royalty payment for our shareholders, once JLP gets into production, the payment under certain terms.

We are still alive, and should at least see an amount of our investment back, probably tiny, but better than nothing.

As far as I know Rosie, it remains a delisted Plc. Bozzer is supposed to be relisting us with a new venture, and I don't recall us being informed that we are now a private company.
