Mayflower, you wouldn’t buy on the open market right now, but when the new shares hit the market the sp usually falls for a period. It depends when this decision from the Court will come too though and the verdict, I agree with that.
I see Sooz. Sorry about it for you. Looks like buying on the open market might be better then, as you shouldn’t need to open another trading account with a different broker to solve the problem.
🙈
Pocko, I reckon that’s not too far off the mark. Unless they are slightly showing willing, because a consolidation, for example, will be next, once the fundraise numbers are known. The Court decision also pivotal, as we know.
Hi Sooz. Yes, problem with Primary Bid, I knew you found it very difficult. I hope Barcs can do it for you, and if your BEM shares are held with Barcs, they should do it for you. I would hope so.
Best of luck. Also if you do get some, whichever way.
Darren, it may take a few days to appear like it did last time, but you could message ii and point it out, if you are already a shareholder in BEM.
Sooz, didn’t you have a problem last time with Barcs? I remember that when Kurt decided to use Primary Bid not all brokers were open to doing it. I have ii and they heard about the subscription later than we did, but they still did it for me.
I’m not taking part this time, but if you wanted to subscribe, maybe ask Barcs to do it for you, as I’m not sure they want a disgruntled customer.
Best wishes. x
But we don’t know if their subscription will be nearer to £75k or £150k, the latter is obviously double, but the worrying thing is, don’t they know? Lol.
Administrative issue, the RNS being so vague that we now have to guess what the exact issue might be. Lovely.
Right on cue Troaj. Brill.
Sooz, buying on the open market might be better than being able to support BEM, for a change! The other point being, Big Ted May then swiftly kill us off with a consolidation, as 100 million shares in issue looks more favourable than 2 billion. Fewer questions going forward.
Until the next time. Lol.
Nope. Just checked again now, no offer yet in email folder.
Pmsl. Primary Bid offer at 0.61p is an 18.7% discount on yesterday’s mid-price. The RNS neglecting to state that the sp was crashed weeks beforehand from the 1.5-2p zone with prelim news of this fundraise. If the percentage discount were calculated from that first news of this fundraise, then the true percentage discount, even from 1.5p, is around the 60% mark.
Eye-wateringly foul.
And to quote Pocko, “let that sink in!”
Bowie covering the true picture of the 0.61p discount price, to soften the blow down to a mere excruciating.
Nice one Big Ted.
I see. Today then, a little bit of slippage is good, for your special occasion. 🙂
Most days you are ‘quite’ sober. 🤣
Many happy returns Sooz. Enjoy the rest of your day. x
TFE, ooOOooh, who rattled your cage? Lol.
Pmsl
I really don’t know how it will affect the sp if the Appeal is thrown out. We’ll have more shares in issue and a much lower starting point, so I not sure. It’s also about the trusting of the management team.
It’ll be interesting to see. And it’s been far too long coming, as you’ve mentioned.
Good point Sooz. Dmytro may have more backbone than anyone so far. It’s a real pity he’s joining us when the sp is at junk level. It’s a massive task to take on, more so because of this. Only my view, but the very best of luck to him.
Hi Suzy. See how you feel about it when your birthday comes. I don’t like this share split at all. It’s a major failing, in my opinion. I wish you well if you do take the plunge.
