How else do you count shares on loan if transfer are live all the time.

Everything gets frozen for counting/ reconcile. Then if proven consider relist options.

1 - To push sellers in to the grey market

2 - to obtain new information not readily available to them

3 - to create a trail of damage and false statements about the company, why? Just trial, their research may be swayed through internet bb's alike ADVFN etc...

4 - to reduce the positive and LTH's interaction with each other and forming support for the company whilst all is silent.

I thought the issue here is the banking side, i think IG are linked to 6 banks at minimum and use to swing the spreads etc so they may have all joined up to make a reasonable deadlock until further news.

All bets are still live.

The service provide IG has set up proceeds accounts.

The original stake is held and the profits are paid out at the discretion of account holder.

The SP is earmarked at 0 pence, save as to costs etc.

IG have hedged long and short to insure on escalations.

No shorts have been paid out, and no long term bets have been buried.
