As a LTH from Feb 2020, it sometimes helps during the times when the SP is not as we wish, to look forward at those events we know will come and take need that there is room for cautious optimism. This may have been posted before, but it is attached below for those that may not have reviewed it. It gives a reasonably balanced view of SNG001 imho

Hi TED B (Do you hold TED shares by the way?) we haven't heard anything about SNG being dropped from a major trial. The numbers came from SNG themselves. I appreciate your point, but not sure about the follow through?
I think the pertinent point that we seek as a group is perhaps we want to see SNG with a major breakthrough into commercialisation and widespread availability. There is much we don't know and won't find out until it is released. Without doubt there are NDAs in place.
TED B
For sure. I would be glad for this just to be talked about more openly. The figure targeted seems to be that there would be hundreds of thousands available this year but hundreds of thousands per month into next year. Maybe someone else can pitch in more accurately?
I did incude this on the bottom of the email as well
SNG001 is an inhaled formulation of IFN-beta for direct delivery to the lungs via nebulisation. Synairgen announced positive topline data generated from 101 patients hospitalised with COVID-19 in its phase II trial, SG016, on the 20 July 2020. The trial of SNG001 in hospitalised patients produced very encouraging findings; patients who received SNG001 were more than twice as likely to recover over the course of the treatment period compared to those receiving placebo. Synairgen is currently in discussions with regulatory agencies to progress this potential COVID-19 treatment.
Richard Marsden, Chief Executive Officer of Synairgen, commented: "We are working tirelessly to progress SNG001 through the required clinical and regulatory channels to make this potentially critical treatment widely available to COVID-19 patients around the world. In the meantime, we are delighted to partner with Clinigen, whose extensive European experience and regulatory expertise will support access to treatment with SNG001 for hospitalised patients who most urgently need it."
Shaun Chilton, Clinigen Chief Executive Officer, added: "We are working with a number of companies who have products being tested against COVID-19 and are very pleased to be working with Synairgen to make this highly promising COVID-19 treatment available internationally. The early study results demonstrate that SNG001 may have a vital role in helping hospitalised patients recover more quickly from the disease."

Can I raise something with you please? We hear the Government talking about other treatments for Covid, yet after the Secretary of State for Health mentioned the Synairgen trial results in the HoC on 20th July 2020, we hear absolutely nothing more. Since that announcement, many of us have followed this UK company who have produced further results which support the initial findings and are extremely encouraging. It's major point is that it is a safe medication and highly effective given at the right time, which is early. It also works against multi-viral cases such as flu and Covid together
So encouraging in fact, as a preventative on diagnosis, to the point where we would happily rather have this than the intravenous ****tail of Remsdesivir or any intravenous drug that goes through our brains and vital organs before a diluted dose gets somewhere near the intended point of delivery. Remsdesivir is also being investigated by the EMA for potentially causing kidney damage.
Our school usually gives the flu jab to parents and children who wish it, but they ordered in January and have now been told they are not being supplied with any as there are no stocks.
We now hear that France is on the point of granting Emergency Use Authority to Synairgen as their Covid numbers rise rapidly and they have had a successful trial in Amiens (Or other location). So are we about to lose all available SNG001 doses to France as well?
You can imaging the concern and frustration amongst friends, colleagues, fellow school parents and many others as we seem to be doing nothing apart from plugging the non-existent vaccine (the one with the main Health advisor's heavy financial interest) (which no-one already wants in an untried hurried state).
Is it possible to raise a question in the house please to the PM or Secretary about the follow up from his 20th July 2020 and why we are simply not hearing anything about our own home grown therapeutics or treatments. Synairgen has been talked about by Drs in New York and wider in the US. It has been reported on and supported by Oxford Hospital (I believe). It has a home trial ongoing which gives it greater potential in the event of GPs and hospitals being overwhelmed.
Please may we respectfully request your urgent assistance in this matter, before we again become the losers in all this whilst other, more incisive countries benefit. I have appended a further status report from 29th September regarding this treatment
29 September 2020
Clinigen Group plc
Synairgen and Clinigen sign Managed Access Program agreement with SNG001 for treatment of hospitalised patients with COVID-19
Southampton and Burton-on-Trent, UK - 29 September, 2020: Synairgen plc (AIM: SNG, 'Synairgen'), the respiratory drug discovery and development company and Clinigen Group plc (AIM: CLIN, 'Clinigen'), the global pharmaceutical and services company, have signed an agreement to launch a Managed Access Program for Synairgen's inhaled formulation
Stim On my signal.....unleash profit!!! I am not uncertain. Are you not invested?
CW25
Same, but we re not uncertain
Also Henk there are people on here with ten times your stake invested and not budging anywhere
Still people averaged about the 40p mark
Buying incrementally on the way down.
Just topped up again -- couldn't help it.
Never in my years of trading have I seen something like this and been in it. I still twinge at missing Next at 6p and other opportunities I never had the money for or the guts to stick to it. But the circumstances surrounding this company and this share are unique and exceptional. I am risk averse and conservative. I never gamble or play poker, but on this one, I am all in and relaxed, certain and confident.
I have unashamedly borrowed a phrase, which apparently only appears in box sets. "I am not uncertain."
Like other guys on here who are doing the same, I'm just sitting here, confident of the next good news (as we have been for a while) and staring in amazement at our account numbers. Monday was just our phase 1.
Yes DYOR, look for the true negatives but I can't find any here.
I feel for the guys who have sold already but to respectfully borrow a phrase from Richard Marsden earlier this year, as PIs, "This is our time".
For what it's worth, I'm not selling a single share.
If you have been with SNG for a while now, seen the moves to 75p, the drops to 55p, experienced the slow grind down to 35p then you understand the one thing about this company. It's sound, it works, it's been steady in the making and is now within sight of the well deserved and hard earned objectives
When it was 35p and up and down what was the response? Hoover hoover hoover - buy buy buy
if it's dropping now? Hoover hoover hoover if you can.
For the modernists - Dyson, Dyson, Dyson
As I said at 35p - I am NOT uncertain. Nothing has changed. As others say, and repeat, just watch the fundamentals of the company and think about the market appetites.
We have waited along time for a shareholding like this - and to paraphrase /borrow from Lord Grey "The light is going out for all the derampers, we will not tolerate them being reignited in the lifetime of our Shareholding"
Hovering on the big buy button
Just a note that it is appearing regularly in reports on Bloomberg this morning
So RTN is the muted celebration over the WBA demise for Brentford or Leeds Leeds Leeds?
Guesswork is as it is defined.................looking at previous patterns and behaviours is a measured view from simple analysis. A guide only and there have been Tuesday posts as well.....................DYOR if nerves are fraying and need a guide
But you are correct, they can post whenever they like......................................that's a statement of the obvious
But to add......where I am not certain is on the level and the move to commercialisation.
