Any thoughts on whether we’ll ever get back to c.90p. And when and what would have to be true for that? I’m being wishful but could see it when remainco on FTSE and IF there is good performance from Nutrition particularly? But I think I’m fooling myself. Grateful for some views please?

MM not interested in staff. Or their shares. He has enough to rule the roost. Our only check is the BoD who are tissue-thin on governance

How would one go about this now. Too complex. Guess simpler when parts are only Nutrition and Beauty and circular is out. But it *must* be more than than 45p : surely

I don’t think we have their emails (Susan Farr / Lord Allen) - but we do have IR. Please maybe people email and once they have share so on this Board.

I think if say '10' emails went in requesting a receipt and confirmation email will be forwarded to Susan Farr - there will at least be a conversation at IR as to what to do. They can't simply remain silent.

Please may I suggest we each, individually write to THG IR to request a statement from the Senior Independent Director, Susan Farr on how the interests of shareholders have been represented, by the Board, in recent de-merger and how, conflicts in interest that the CEO and shareholder Matthew Moulding clearly holds have been (and are being) managed for the interests of ALL shareholders. Further to make a complaint against Lord Allen in failing to exercise his duties as Chair, for at Cl. 4.4, below "The Chair shall act as the principal spokesperson for the Company on all major occasions, apart from any specific events designated to the CEO and/or SID, as agreed by the Chair." An item of such significance as a de-merger would ordinarily require the Chair to make a statement. No statement has been forthcoming.

I'll work on my email to THG IR but suggest we do each write. And point to our concern that Susan Farr does exercise her SID duties and request that (a) email is shared with Susan and (b) a response from IR, if albeit simply an acknowledgement, is provided.

If enough emails start going in - my view is Susan Farr will at least start to be concerned over conduct and that may prompt some action from what is a silent Board.

Better emails could be crafted -but- please can each of us find 5min to simply send something in to THG IR. Request it is shared with the SID (SID's role is to receive these) and that acknowledgement (receipt of email) is provided.

Sue Farr has been appointed as THG's Senior Independent Director. The Senior Independent Director is available to shareholders if they have concerns which have not been resolved through the normal communication channels or for which such contact is inappropriate. At Okehurst then it reads as if MM has poisoned ability for a takeout (or at least made it harder) at expense of the average shareholder and BoD did not see this to be a concern (or supported it). All odd. And all, in my view, requires explanation from the Chair not CEO (who is partial to say the least).

Okehurst as an external you may bid now. Why because it’s best opportunity to sever ingenuity from nutrition / beauty and not have the latter lumbered with ingenuity. For example you buy the lot. If ingenuity really is that bad and as big a cash cow as we all think. Fold it. Doing such post split maybe harder as we can place no faith in the related parties committee or MM acting independently when on both sides of the deal
