Important Information & Other Key Dates:

Following Canadian Overseas Petroleum Limited's (COPL) Chapter 15 Filing in the US and bankruptcy proceedings we have received notification that the sale of company assets as a part these proceedings has concluded.

As a result, the company has only nominal assets left, these will be used to fully wind down the Companies Creditor Arrangement Act (CCAA) and Chapter 15 proceedings.

KSV Restructuring Inc have stated that there will be no recoveries (monies) for shareholders of the company. The COPL shares have been removed from the UK Settlement System and we have removed them from your account.

Gone , so the settlement via a share buy out may prove tricky perhaps or more costly in admin terms. Maybe just as well as one of our main players would have been unfairly rewarded.

The vendors have to be given a 7 day notice, so I feel an RNS coming. Based on the Market close of the past 5 days average just now would be 1.35p . Boy are there going to be eager buyers for the issued shares. Bring it on.
