Not sure a notice is required now as per the the RNS.

I could have sold 2 Million this morning , I was offered just under 1.36p. Nothing is going to shake me. Look at our prospects, it's a no brainer to hold. I wouldn't get in below 1.36 , not with what is to come our way soon fca or no fca.

Bring on the Semnet share issue, LSE close 1.38 today.

Rolling 5 days average is 1.378p to COB today.
