The other outside possibility is that it could be GST is selling the treasury shares as they might settle the share issue with a cash equivalent? Just a passing thought.

Don't fret it could be Garies, there is demand. The spread is narrowing. The sales are being snapped up by eager buyers. Bring it on.

Kat your classic signature deramp is back. You would do well do sell some of your dogs and get the dregs left back here like many of us, including myself have done. You are now stuck in cabp stuck like a rabbit in the headlights and fallen prey to the novice trader psycological conundrum ie an inability to sell in the hope you might eventually turn a profit or recoup your loss. You coudn't sell cabp at £1.20, hoping you were going to make at £1.50. To compound your woes you cant sell now at c70p in the hope you may get £1.35 on the next news.

I know where I would rather be . I've already gone fully out on a couple of dogs and the small amounts left in them are back in here. I stand a much better chance of success in gst given what I have read in the last few company communications.

Aways the optimist given the right RNS's , 5p. Markets often value forward on potential, by 1/1/25 company news will make that potential crystal clear. We are in for the ride of a lifetime.

Cardinal, just on gs20 trading volume commission alone we should be c£100M . So 5p soon is not out of the question. The only question is which is making more Angra, GS20 or Semnet?

Once the semnet shares are issued, there is no stopping this baby, add in a bit of spice with the DSS (whether we need to apply or not) will perhaps see levels beyond even 5p.

And then there is the Nasdaq listing for Semnet , icing on the cake.

Lloyd I'm not sure the clerk has worked out the percentages well they are all a bit off or the number of shares held is off;

NUMBER OF SHARES IN ISSUE

2,034,269,896 ordinary shares of no par value.

There are 60,000,000 ordinary shares held in treasury.

Disregard those in the treasury as these are not used in the calculations

Chong Loong Fatt Garies 101,612,081 5.15% This figure is wrong it should be;

101,612,081/2034,269,896 X 100 = 4.995%

The figures have always been off for all of the shareholders listed . I noticed this many years ago and it is still the case.

Likewise Jack Bai;

Bai Guojin 124,200,000 6.29% This figure should be 124,200,000/2034,269,896X100=6.1%

These cannot be rounding errors, or the inclusion of the treasury shares as this would lower the percentages further.

A bit pedantic but the information given puts Garries under 5% at 4.995%. He would therefore have to have alerted the company to issue a TR1. As he is an overseas holder, once he is below 5% he has no further obligations to infrom the company of downsizing.

Maybe someone could copy and paste this to Tim to see if he can get the figures verified and corrected if required. As mentioned the two cases given above are representative , all the percentages listed for the shareholdings are off and have been on all occasions on update etc.

Lloyd agreed Garries won't sell his whole lot. He'll keep a percentage and perhaps be a kingmaker for an eventual buyer.

Fat Garries can sell as many as he likes , I'm not worried. He has improved the liquidity. Any shares issued if sold will be snapped up just as quickly , but my huncj is the semnet vendors will hang on to them. They are family.

On another note , for those into numerology the close today at 1.37 or 137 is a very lucky number, some say the most magcal and mystical in the whole universe- being the fine structure constant. The spread closed with 3.7% which is 1/27 and 127 is a lucky prime.
