Please explain how Koovs are profitable!

I think the next RNS will be Lord Alli putting more of his money in. The second RNS will be FLFL providing their funding. This would be a big game changer, Lord Alli acknowledged he listed the company too soon. If they get some good funding and keep improving their trading results there is still hope!

This is a very strange share, it has gone against any normal rules from day one. But here we all are sitting on losses. My gut feeling says that the figures are improving, but the FLFL funding debacle has set things back. Koovs has already had to deal with several knock backs, but has some how survived. I don't believe Koovs will go under, so there are two options. The first is a long painful capital raising interspersed with advertising reductions as and when funds are not available. Second, is a buy out. Do I hope your average sp is below 15p!

Hopefully tomorrow will be the start of something good for Koovs shareholders!

I am glad you all feel reassured, it was a shame I couldn't attend. So, any chance they will be updating shareholders on a regular basis or do we just wait for India to catch on?!

The Trading volume is no where like yesterday. Maybe it will take a little time for the market to evaluate. Possibly need to see profitable trading figures before any meaningful move.

Why does everyone think the BOD are hiding things or not in a rush to provide regular RNS's. It maybe that they are trying to turn a profit amd get the business going in the right direction without the stress of continuing funding. Once they announce their first profit they might chill and start looking at the bigger picture. At the moment they are fighting for survival! With all the advertising/stars involved, the brand can only be growing, if they have learned from FLF about profit margins, distribution and now in concessions in FLF it could change things dramatically. Personally, I think it will take another year for the integration between them to bare fruit....

I think there are a lot of private investors on here who do not understand hpw business is done in India or AIM rules. So, despite being invested, why am I still holding? Answer, several reasons, firstly the funding. They have said it will happen even if they have to use a different mechanism. Secondly, they have money in the bank and advertising in India on a huge scale with top celebs, this wouldn't be happening if anyone thought thd company was going under. Thirdly, the FLFL partnership is still in it's infancy. I am a very, very impatient man, but truly believe that will come good - if you have patience!

None of us saw that one coming! Unexpected, but positive for the partnership of FLFL and Koovs going forward. Fingers crossed for some good trading figures in April.

I am not sure that many in India are reigning in their spending due to concerns over Brexit!!!

Only just woke up so missed all the excitement! Are the figures what we expected or worse?

Nothing today, so seems they are going to push the limits of when they are legally required to post an RNS. Could make xmas quite exciting I suppose!
