I think the Trading update RNS is going to be as late as they are legally allowed. We all know the figures are going to be bad, but maybe the extra time will allow them to show that the figures are starting to improve. Fingers crossed!

Would there be any requirement by Koovs to provide an RNS on Amazon investing in FLF?

Tom, if Biyani wanted to do that it could happen tomorrow. That does not mean we would get a RNS on Monday.

Hi, to all you bickering posters.

It's easy to have a pop at each other, but not very productive or professional.
So, Koovs have now got in to bed with FLFL a couple of months ago? So obviously with this new partnership we expect amazing turnaround in profit from Koovs.

I have some bad news for you! Two companies can't be intertwined in a few months, it will take time before the benefits that FLFL can bring will be evidenced in figures.

Until then the share price will be left to struggle on. The BoD can't publish fictional figures and in my opinion it will be this time next year before any proper upward figures are released.

Just use common sense, 3 months ago Koovs were broke, they now have some good partners and funding, but it will still take the best part of a year to turn that in to positive results.

I hope to still be holding when that positive RNS comes out.

Jambon, I can't find the update you got from Koovs a little while back, but sure it said if they were selling shares it would have to be notified by RNS?

I have been following Koovs for at least 3 years and have recently started buying shares (I am a private investor, so not huge amounts) my intention is to top up to 110,000 shares when the trading update hits. I expect the price to temporarily drop even further at this point. Then I am going to come back every 3 months and see what's happening !

I know Tom. Sorry if you found my post harsh, but I think we all wish the things in your post came to fruition, but as I said to Jambon I doubt the Directors check on here, let alone care what we think. I normally take great care with my grammar, but my fingers and these pesky phones don't always agree with each other!
