Avacta getting a lot of stick about missed deadlines.
I would agree if we were in a normal situation and fully staffed.
But every company has been trading under lock down conditions with half of their staff furloughed and the staff that are in the offices have to work to covid restrictions.
With this in mind dead lines will be missed.
BSI group who perform the ISO 13485 have been doing remote site audits which is all new for them and the companies they are auditing, so all the Winge bags cut a bit of slack in these difficult times.

CE is dependent on CV results, Avacta could have CE marked on initial 56 sample but didn't.
They would look stupid and reckless to SP if CV brings a lower result.
Big Al must be receiving daily updates on CV and my bet he is trying to beat results they have already.
