The Supplier shall allow AVACTA (including its employees, agents or representatives) reasonable access to the manufacturing site (or such other premises) and such related quality records as are necessary to enable AVACTA to carry out such quality audits as AVACTA deems necessary in order to determine the Supplier’s compliance with its obligations under the Contract. AVACTA shall be entitled to carry out the quality audits on reasonable notice to the Supplier and during normal working hours at the manufacturing site or such other of the Supplier’s premises.

Sandra has typed it up, but because she is only Level 1 she has to wait for Paula to sign it off. Paula is a Level 2 but doesn’t start until 9:00 am.
Then Tristan can sign it off he is a level 3 then it’s all down to Julie as Supervisor to rubber stamp.
Problem Julie is on flexitime so we don’t know what time she is in today.
Depends on how many bottles of Pinot she drunk last night. Line of Duty has finished now so hopefully she only had 1 bottle.

Very early days for Avacta

Some good points he said they acquired patent for IP in 2012 but have tweaked it and was expecting new patent.

Affimers for therapeutics were human proteins
Affimers for diagnostics were plant proteins

Royalties from 2 to 10 % diagnostics
Royalties therapeutics 5 to 15%

And the most interesting he said they had done deal with a major diagnostic company to use affimers
Roche,Abbott or Siemens but he couldn’t divulge which one of these it was.

If she said Stop tomorrow let’s move to ODX or the declining PCR Firms only then it would be divorce or Avacta.

So are Daewoong developing a Covid 19 therapy using Licenced affimers ???? The question was asking have they found a partner to develop a neutralising Affimer therapy.
The question didn’t mention Daewoong.

We announced in July 2020 that we had licensed the neutralising Affimer reagents to Daewoong Pharmaceutical for potential development in cell therapies for the treatment of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases. Due to commercial confidentiality we cannot provide information about Daewoong’s development programmes but our priority with Daewoong, through our joint venture AffyXell, is development of stem cell therapies for transplant rejection and not for COVID-19 treatments at this time.

The global stem cells market size is expected to reach USD 18.4 billion by 2028.

They have dropped 66% since 25th Jan.

That is some drop,but I can’t get my head why they all pick on Avacta’s MCAP
If they can’t see the potential in our IP and the story unfolding in front of us more fool them.
Not interested in their stock to buy,but just looking into how fast the market pushed them up then down.....

Difference with us is we have a massive IP and pipeline.
