AVA3996 has been selected as a candidate for pre-clinical development with the aim of a Clinical Trial Authorisation ('CTA') and/or Investigational New Drug ('IND') filing in 2023 and dosing of the first patient as soon thereafter as possible.

Sorry I thought is was say 80mg over the whole cohort.

If one of the patients from the first dose of the trial is still participating in the trial
he/she has already been dosed 560mg/m2 which is more than the maximum life time cumulative dosage of doxorubicin is 550 mg/m2 and we are still only on stage 1a of the trial.

They know it works…..
