Probably a self employed consultant expert on affimer DX tests waiting in the wings to do a reverse takeover again.

The markets have been punishing the SP for the HCI loan.

2 more more payments this year, then 8 quarterly payments will of been made.

Come 2025 DX will be cash generative,

If they split the business would the DX business then be able to take over the last 12 payments and free up TX from issuing free shares and interest.

The loan was taken out for DX

Saves selling DX at a loss.

My take is these new patients who have just been diagnosed may have just small tumours and the cancer not had time to spread.

Cohort 1 2WD will be close to 5 months of treatment.

Q2W patients have no previous treatment and only just been diagnosed, Their tumours won’t know what’s hit them. No one has ever given this much Dox so early on a tumour.

They know now.

Nov to Jan another 15%

Talks are happening that’s why they are not managing SP.

It’s now 16 months since the patient who was given months to live and took the chance to go on the Ava6000 trial has had massive tumour shrinkage.

After radiotherapy,surgery and chemo he was at stage 4 and close to end of life.

Our last update was he had close to 80% tumour shrinkage in January 24.

If after another 5 months of treatment he has CR (Complete Response) and some other patients on the two-weekly dose escalation study are close to CR.

Avacta need to start with the media push.

If CR has been achieved FDA approval won’t be far away and Avacta will be taken out before phase 2 starts.

Canseek IP belongs to Avacta Point did think they had a licence from Tufts but if I remember right Avacta corrected them it was there IP and tufts agreed.

Avacta granted their first licence to the Pre/Cision technology to Point Bio.

The agreement provides POINT with an exclusive license to the pre|CISION technology for use in the first radiopharmaceutical prodrug the company intends to develop, and a non-exclusive license to the pre|CISION™ platform for the development of a broader pipeline of FAP-activated radiopharmaceuticals.

That licence agreement now belongs to Eli Lilly.

Lilly have one exclusive license to the pre|CISION technology for use in the first radiopharmaceutical prodrug.

They only have a non-exclusive license to the pre|CISION™ platform for the development of a broader pipeline of FAP-activated radiopharmaceuticals.

Could Avacta offer Lilly extra exclusive licenses to the pre|CISION technology for use in a few more radiopharmaceutical prodrugs.

Under the terms of the Point agreement, Avacta will receive an upfront fee and development milestones for the first radiopharmaceutical prodrug totalling $9.5 million. Avacta will also receive milestone payments for subsequent radiopharmaceutical prodrugs of up to $8 million each, a royalty on sales of FAP-activated radiopharmaceuticals by POINT and a percentage of any sublicensing income received by POINT.

Now that Pre/Cision is proven and it works the above payments could be substantially higher.

Any LD with Lilly could be used to remove CLN loan and ease the burden on the SP.

Two things BP want to see in a P1 trial:

Safety …. Ava6000 ✅

Efficacy …Ava6000✅

Safety, Ava6000 has smashed this out the park over straight Dox.

Now efficacy could go from tumour shrinkage to CR in the next few weeks on results from 2W study.

FDA could say they have seen enough safety & efficacy in AVA6000 to approve early through AA, due to compassionate reasons.

When does BP make a move a partnership would be useless, because that just drags out stronger data coming in monthly which could then lead to a massive bidding war with other BP especially if AA gets granted early.

So T/O in the next few weeks while SP is depressed could be an option,but other BP companies won’t let just one have this platform at this level without a fight.

Another thing to consider BP would want to implement their own P2 for maximum coverage over other cancer types.

Things could get really interesting in the next few weeks hold on to those golden tickets….
