That’s the whole point of landing pages to optimise before your site is ready.If the landing page wasn’t ment to be viewed yet they could of just put the the domain name.

I had a website built and the developer did the same it’s takes a couple of weeks before google picks it up unless new site gets massive traffic then moves with in days.

My opinion, back at the lab they used a sample from each participants saliva and tested on Optigene and the other 4 companies devices.
If not they have wasted a perfect opportunity to test 5 leading companies devices on a 14,000 Population trial and compare for the best device.
