Up 1.3%. It's pretty obvious Airlines and cruise ships will need to verify passengers have had 1 or 2 vaccine shots, or have had covid within x months. The airlines and ship owners can bar anyone from getting on board if they want, for any reason as far as I am aware. It's their ship, or their plane and who gets on is up to them. They will insist on proof of at least one jab I think, and quite probably two.

International arbitration have awarded Cairn $1.7 billion, including legal fees. The Indian Government should have paid this in December 2020 and so are in default. Large investors depend in the International Arbitration World wide system for assurance when investing in other Countries. IMHO this behaviour by the Indian Government is both appauling and financially extremely costly as investors will be put off. In some cases they won't be allowed to invest until this matter is closed.

I'm sure UK holiday destinations will be swamped. Total mayhem.
Many of the millions who normally go abroad will see that taking a cruise to the med or USA will be both possible and less risky. Fly to say Portugal on holiday and the uk Government might say it's becoming a red zone country in 3 days! Fly back quick (incurring costs) or stay and pay even more costs!! Cruise and the ship can simply load up he passengers and sail elsewhere to another green zone country.
I think the Cruise line Co's are going to be fully booked once they get going again.
