For Myriad a deal with Cellbxhealth could give them the means to catch (Cellbxhealth would do this) CTC's from their clients blood sample then perform whatever analysis they want. Whether it be DNA, RNA, protein or whatever. As far as I know this is the only way they could do this, or at minimum the only really financially viable way. I can't see them walking away. How else could they offer the analysis of CTC's to their clients? Also this offer would be good publicity. Cellbxhealth are massively undervalued IMHO. It is crazy.

It's easy looking back but expecting the Pharma Plc's to fork out the cost to make the various assays that are needed to actually get some types of information from the CTC's was an incredible mis-judgement of cosmic proportions. I think Astrazeneca were the only Plc that agreed to follow that route. I still don't think Astra have spent anything like the amount of money Parsortix deserves. They paid for just 2 assays. To them this is like a person spending a few pence they found down the back of the sofa. It tells me Astra don't care much, if at all. Shame on them. Could not even be bothered to invest ............ leave it to someone else.......... what do we care? Well IMHO these massive Plc have put cancer research back years. They all want another Company to pay........... and that leads to minimal investment.

Fortunately the live, intact, uncontaminated CTC's Parsortix catches are absolutely perfect for any type of analysis, including DNA, RNA and proteins. The RNA and proteins simply do not exist in CtDna. You need a whole tumour cell and that (thank the Lord) should not only save CellBxhealth, but could easily propell the Company into tens of millions of profit.

Immatics are at minimum IMHO using the Parsortix machine to find the best candidates for their Anzu-cel(IMA203) drug trials.

They may also be using it to gather information about the patients circulating tumor cells that helps them "program" the T cells to attack the cancer cells. Thinking about it if they can sell just 30 or so additional Parsortix machines at say at a vastly reduced rate of $35,000 each that would be over a $1 million increase in turnover. Then the one time use cassettes to follow on @ $300 or so each. The old CEO thought that price was not so much of an issue. What if he was very, very wrong? All is not lost here IMHO. A couple of decent contracts and things could look very, very different. Parsortix is unique, and if just 1 Pharma Plc judges it to be vital in a cancer drug trial the sp would soon be 10 fold what it is today. TEN-FOLD. In fact, we do not know if that has already happened with Immatics phase 2 and 3 trials on-going.

"The installed base of Parsortix systems stands at over 270 with 248,000 cumulative samples processed as of 30 June 2025.".

The price for the Parsortix machines (2 types) was between I think $60k and about $70K each. The one time use cassettes needed for every blood sample was about $300 each. You can't just swith to another machine and get the same information. The Parsortix machine is "best in class", being able to catch live, intact, uncontaminated circulating tumour cells (CTC's) perfect for analysis. DNA, RNA, protein expresstion, the lot. Also CTC clusters needed for advanced research. I believe there was a huge markup of the so called list price. They could offer 40% off and still be making a decent profit IMHO.
