Conifer Management, LLC, on behalf of the Acacia funds ("Acacia''), has subscribed for a further 40,891,541 New Ordinary Shares at the Issue Price ("Additional Subscription Shares") by way of a direct subscription ("Additional Subscription"), raising further gross proceeds of approximately £0.4 million. The "dual analysis" test which already can find about double the number of cancer biomarkers for lung cancer (using the Illumina assay)? I mean do their version of that assay and add other cancer types? All from a blood sample of course. Then FDA approval for the tests? Then you would have a comprehensive CtDna / CTC test that would be miled ahead of anything on the market. Hundreds of miles in fact. If done this would be the standard test for cancer biomarkers World wide I think.

Illumina helped Cellbxhealth (then Angle Plc) to produce the lung cancer dual analysis assay (available as a service from Cellbxhealth right now as I understand it). Illumina don't seem that interested in spending money developing this further for other cancers if you ask me. Not their thing really. No exclusive agreement with Cellbxhealth or anything. They seem to only offer help assisting other Companies to develop assays and practically no financial assistance. Illumina are likely to find Myriad and Qiagen end up making a load of money while they watch and just provide the dna analysis.

The Myriad Genetics collaboration was inked before Mr Newland left. We have since gained a Strategic Collaboration with QIAGEN too. We were already involved with Illumina who are very interested in "dual analysis".

Myriad Genetics is a molecular diagnostic company. QIAGEN develops and sells "Sample to Insight" solutions, which include sample technologies (kits and instruments) to isolate DNA, RNA, and proteins, and assay technologies to analyze them. Myriad Genetics and QIAGEN are primarily partners, not direct competitors.

Myriad Genetics and Illumina generally do not compete directly; instead, they have a strong strategic partnership in the oncology diagnostic market

Qiagen competes with Illumina in the genomics market , though their primary focus differs: Illumina is a leader in gene sequencing systems, while Qiagen is a major provider of sample and assay technologies.

Is much lower? I have spent the equivalent of weeks, if not months researching what Cellbxhealth's Parsortix machine delivers compared to the competition and as far as I am concered it is the "gold standard" for catching circulating tumor cells (CTC's) for analysis. Just do the research and you will see. You can't get better CTC samples than ones that are alive, intact and uncontaminated. What parsortix is used for:-

1. Dual analysis to find biomarkers. Enables the DNA analysis of both CTC's and CtDna to deliver about double the number of Cancer biomarkers. Cells with these biomarkers can be targeted my modern cancer drugs. This tech will surely take off very soon. Illumina are involved as of several months ago. To do DNA analysis you need uncontaminated CTC's.

2. Selection of suitable candidates. Test the CTC's to make sure the persons cancer is suitable for the type of treatment. Think Immatics PLC.

3. Monitoring response to treatment. Test the CTC's to see if they show signs of becoming resistant to the treatment. Also Immatics Plc?

To me it is totally shocking the Industry is so unbelevably slow to take advantage of what the Parsortix machine offers. It could easily become a "companion" diagnostic for hundreds of cancer drug treatments in the coming years. I imagine Immatics already has it pencilled in for use selecting the best candidated for the three Anzu-cel(IMA 203) drug trials, one which is at phase 3.

Tumor cells (CTC's) to Myriads existing analysis of tissue samples seems highly likely to me. As I have said before using Angle Plc (now CellBxhealth Plc)'s Parsortix machine to catch live, intact, uncontamnated CTC's for analysis is I think as good as it gets. Also any advances in ways to analyse CTC's that turn up will work on a perfect CTC sample now or in the future. I imagine Myriad will buy say 20 Parsortix machines and add CTC analysis from a standard blood draw to their offerings. Also having their own machines will mean they can develop more assays over time.

This is the trial whereby in phase 1 we were measuring the HER2 status of the CTC's for Eisai and Bliss. Eisai dropped out but Bliss are financing phase 2 I believe. One wonders if we are involved or not. Angle (now CellBxhealth) thought the results of the CTC analysis during phase 1 were significant over time showing the HER2 status. If we are still involved it would be highly significant. I assume not?

Scientific Co employees are over here for 2 days training using Parsortix. This is a surprise. This Company are obviousy planning to promote the Parsortix machine a lot in Japan. Eisai Inc. have previously used Cellbxhealth to analyse the HER2 status of CTC's in a cancer drug trial BB-1701.

I suspect because they have not tried to sell products to them? I am not too impressed with the Genedrive's sales people. There is little point in spending any time on NHS sales if you ask me. NHS sales are governed by NICE recommendations. These have so far partly recommended Genedrive products, which makes one wonder why cheaper and far faster is not being fully recommended? Makes no sense to me at all. Mad. I think it would make sense to target private health care institutes to some extend in the UK. But the maximum sales efforts should be International. Saudi Arabia, Italy, etc....

2. Make every test unnecessarily expensive, when there are cheaper, faster ways which are already approved and indeed in use in the NHS on a smaller scale. Do not use these faster, cheaper tests as some take hours (instead of a week or more, which is what we want) and unfortunately are also cheaper (not wasting anywhere near enough money).

Is this what the NICE mandate is? I think it must be. It is insane.

For as long as possible and ensure that anything that needs to be done to "help" the patient costs as much as possible? If so they are very good indeed.

Or about to is what I make it. GDR must be fairly busy now ensuring the consumables are delivered . If all 33 have 2 machines, then of course there would be 66 to supply. Obviously this is only going to increase. Maybe GDR wil do an RNS when we get to 100 MT-RNR1 machines in daily use 24/7. The prospects are mind blowing. How many hospitals in the European Union might end up using the MT-RNR1? Several hundred? SEveral hundred x 2 machines at least. So maybe 1,400 machines plus being used in say 5 years time. Then there is the USA and the rest of the World!!!!!!!
