As things stand the conflict will not affect oil supply at all as far as I can see. At all.

A lower oil price is good for inflation and fuel costs etc..

Hope it goes lower. In fact I think it will unless the facts change.

I agree the markets need to digest was has happened which of course is terrible.

Obviously the falls in the airline Co's sp's is not just because of delayed and cancelled flights to just Israel.

As things stand it is a massive over-reaction purely on the money side of things, that is for sure.

JET2 sp fell 5.4% and they don't even fly to Israel !!!!!!

As I type this Ryan Air in the usa is down only 2.4%.

All things being = there should be a big bounce in the airline shares tomorrow I think.

Media reports oil price up are way out of date now. To put in perspective Brent hit $96 about 2 weeks ago before falling off a cliff to around $84. It's only $87.39 now.

I agree with Fordm with the above 160p.

My reasons:-

1. S&P yesterday rated the share investment grade as I understand it. Is that opposed to "place your bets and keep your fingers crossed?". LOL!

2. Brent crude oil price has plummeted from$96 just last week to as I type this $84.12c. A drop of $11.88 per barrel!! That is amazing in itself! In fact it is nothing short of astonishing! And extremely annoying as I was going to short it if it went over $96 for a short time, but not that short!! GGGGrrrr!!! Blood boiling annoying situation. I did not do it so I am to blame!!!

3. The 3Q results are due 27th this month.
