Can they close their short positions and be in profit? In which case they become buyers one way or another. Thank the lord they don't communicate with each other on these things............

Trying to say what the future will be is difficult at the moment as my tardis had broken down.

However it seems to me there is/will be considerable demand from the research Companies throughout the World. To be able to relatively easily obtain live cancer cells (e.g cancerous breast cancer cells floating in the blood) from a standard human blood sample to test/experiment on must be extremely exciting. That alone must me making cancer research easier and less expensive. That in turn will make a cure for some cancers a step closer I should think. Makes sense to me. Any lab in the World doing research into cancer that is known to produce CTC's (circulation tumour cells) in the blood surely will want to purchase a Parsortix machine so they can test and experiment on the cancerous cells the machine can relatively cheaply collect for them. As it is easier and relatively less expensive to get the cancerous cells to test and experiment on more tests and experiments will be happening in the future, right? It's a no-brainer I think. So it seems to me Angle have a WORLD WIDE market just for the research side, let alone anything else!

The most exciting thing is it is relatively early days. In the future I can easily imagine some sort of discovery to do with cancer (RNA? proteins? DNA?) that could make the machine a necessity in any clinic/hospital where they treat cancer. That is not far fetched at all in my view.

Until a company is firmly established of course there are risks. Even established Co's can fail. Think Enron!

The question is do you believe Angle will come good?

I like the fact that we have seen the management are not afraid to take the tough decisions including shutting down their operations in Toronto, Canada because they were too expensive Compared to the UK and USA ones in October 2022.

I think the Parsortix machine is a "must have" for research into cancer. I think sales of the machines and the associated consumables will continue for years to come.

The assays (test kits) Angle are developing will drive the sales of the machines and consumables.

For example I think the HER2 assay kit for monitoring Breast cancer will be a game changer on it's own for Angle.

Once the HER2 assay kit is available clinics treating breast cancer will need to have the Parsortix machine to monitor the patients HER2 status. I understand this status can be positive or negative. Unfortunately this status can change over time. HER2 positive breast cancer item from the internet:-

"These cancers tend to grow and spread faster than breast cancers that are HER2-negative, but are much more likely to respond to treatment with drugs that target the HER2 protein.".

So it is vital a patients HER2 status is monitored so the most effective treatment can be given.

From the RNS dated 29th April 2023:-

"ANGLE plc (AIM: AGL; OTCQX: ANPCY), a world-leading liquid biopsy company, is delighted to announce it has signed an agreement with BioView Ltd. ("BioView") (BIOV.TA) to develop a liquid biopsy circulating tumor cell (CTC) HER2 assay for breast cancer utilising ANGLE's FDA cleared Parsortix(R) PC1 Clinical System to harvest CTCs and BioView's automated microscopy systems and software to detect and assess the HER2 expression and/or gene amplification in CTCs. ".

In the presentation they said this will be offered first from Angle's labs, then an assay kit. The kit should see sales of the machine take off.

This is just ONE of the assays (tests) they are developing. Some are already available let's not forget.

Angle's future looks very good to me.

Yes I did not want people to think I was sitting on the fence. LOL!

The worst case scenario in my opinion is they have :-

1. Good sales of the Parsortix machine (and associated consumables) via sales to all the cancer research centres in the world.

2. Good sales to the the Rolls-Royce of cancer treatment centres throughout the World who get the very best information to treat their rich patients. I.E. using Angles Parsortix machine to capture the live circulating matasticised cancer cells for molecular analysis to enable them to get the full picture of how a cancer is responding (or not) to treatment. This would be over and above the molecular analysis of DEAD cancer cells already available from other highly successful molecular analysis Companies.

3. Good sales of the HER2 assay kit to enable hospitals treating breast cancer to montitor the HER2 condition (positive or negative) of the patient and change the treatment if necessary. This will have a huge market once the kit is available.

The above is the worst case scenario in my opinion.

If the machine becomes a standard in cancer treatment hospitals then the market would be obviously huge.

That is my opinion as of todays date.
