I see all babies admitted to this unit are tested with the Genedrive Plc MT-RNR1 machine.

I think all babies admitted to neonatal wards in hospitals throughout the World should be tested. If they are not tested and the antibiotic renders the baby deaf not only might they get sued by the parents, caring for the deaf baby/child/adult would cost hundreds of thousands of pounds if not more.

With the right funding there is no reason why the MT-RNR1 won't be used in thousands of neonatal wards in Europe, the USA and beyond.

It's easy to imagine 10,000 and more neonatal hospitals using this nachine to ensure babys in neonatal wards won't react badly to the commonly used antibiotic and **go deaf**. I should think in time hospitals in the USA will have to use this machine to avoid being sued by parents.

Surely they could find a USA Company to finance the FDA application in return for an exclusive license to sell with a percentage royalty to GDR? In fact GDR would sell the tests to them anyway of course. Loads of possibilities.

I honestly believe just confirmation that the application has been submitted for the MT-RNR1 would spike the sp up to something like 2.5p. Also there is the possibility that Genedrive could grant an exclusive license to another Company to sell the MT-RNR1 in the USA. Even if they could confirm they are looking to possibly do this it would substancially boost the sp IMHO. Lots of possibilities.
