Formal deal? What are the possibilities here following the RNS on 29th Jan? Speculation is that Illumina will want some sort of formal agreement with Angle Plc going forward to give them some sort of edge on the competition (Thermo Fisher etc...). At the moment as I understand it there are no formal deals with any Company about the new dual analysis cancer treatment breakthrough, so Angle are free to strike deals with any Company they want.

News? There is a big list of potential news that could propel the sp a lot higher. More assay panels from Angle and Illumina will be RNS'd when they are ready no doubt for cancers other than lung which as we know is ALREADY available. News on the two Astra contracts. News about the Eisai contract. A nice phase II cancer drug trial with Angle contracted for CTC analysis before, during and after the trial would be splendid!!!!

Surprised? I certainly would not be. The CtDna/CTC dual analysis is a cancer breakthrough which most of the market does not seem to understand yet. It's astonishing.

I think Mr Newland and the board of Angle Plc will be getting numerous calls/emails relating to the groudbreaking CtDna/CTC dual analysis. I should think Illumina will want some sort of exclusive deal deal going forward, but no doubt Angle will see what deals are available from others first. Angle could simply not do any agreements and deal with all the CtDns Companies that come forward. This should vastly increase sales of the Parsortix machine.

Going to want to be able to offer the Angle dual analysis are they not? To do this they need to buy the Parsortix machine, or deal with a Company who has one (only about 300 out there to date), or deal directly with Angle Plc who have quite a few! The sp is plain stupid cheap. The market is asleep! WAKEY WAKEY!!!! I honestly can't believe the sp is not cantering off into the distance...... 20p...........25p........30p.....35p........40p.........45p...........50p etc....................................................

So, part of Angle's future depends on how many of Illumina’s existing clients are willing to pay the $70,000 to $80,000 to buy and use the Parsortix machine alongside the Illumina kit. Thus, roughly doubling the chances of finding targetable biomarkers in a person’s existing cancer.

5% of 9,500 = 475 new machines @ say $75,000 = $35,625,000.

10% = 950 new machines @ say $75,000 = $71,250,000.

15% = 1,425 new machines @ say $75,000 = $106,875,000.

20% = 1,900 new machines @ say $75,000 = $142,500,000.

On very thin ice indeed here. Illumina is a World-wide multi-billion dollar Company based in the USA. As confirmed just last Thursday that are now jointly promoting Angles dual analysis approach to identify cancer biomarkers in cancer patients. This groundbreaking approach doubles the chance of finding biomarkers in a person’s cancer. Some modern cancer drugs can than target these biomarkers and so the cancer itself. The market is still asleep at the wheel.

At the current 15p level? Reaction could be unpredictable IMHO. Some existing holders who bought @ over what.... £1.50 a share might be a tad annoyed. Also, would the market glue the sp to just below what level they bought at as is so often the case when directors buy? Or maybe it would be interpreted that the Directors don't want to miss out on the expected 3-to-10-fold revenue increase over the next 12 months (my expectation!). With Illumina (market cap $21 BILLION) promoting the dual analysis to their NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED existing clients I expect massive increases in revenue, obviously.

For the existing entire World-wide CtDna analysis multibillion $ industry. Where does one start? The new and already available Illumina/Angle dual analysis for lung cancer found almost twice as many biomarkers as found in the CtDna analysis alone. The implications for the existing CtDna analysis Companies are nothing short of seismic. IMHO they will HAVE TO offer CTC DNA analysis, or they will fall by the wayside. Without access to the live and intact CTC's it is simply not possible to offer CTC DNA analysis!!!!

Or anyone else YET. My Newland must be loving it at the moment as the next phone call/email might be EXTREMELY interesting indeed! Exciting times for the board at Angle Plc. Will they still be independant in 4 months?? What deals are being toughted? What ones are worth a meeting? How many are from multi billion $ players in the World market?

Considering what has happened over the last few years. Some might get upset, especially if they bought @ £1.50 plus! However it must be tempting for the Directors to buy with the proscpect of very considerable revenues and the very real prospect of a bid. Also a bidding war........... Illumina/Thermo Fisher/Astrazeneca/Eisai !!!

Of the DNA dual analysis Angle and Illumina now offer for lung cancer, with more cancers to come. Unless these other Companies work with Angle or deal with a Company that has a Parsortix machine (only about 300 out there to date in the World) they simply can't offer the DNA analysis of circulating tumour cells (CTC's) because they can't get hold of the CTC's in the first place! What are they to do??
