Compliments to Illumina for being the first Company to work with Angle Plc to now offer the "dual analysis" of lung cancer blood from standard blood sample. The lung cancer assay panel for detecting DNA biosigns to guide treatment will be followed by other panels for other cancers including Breast and prostate.

The sp should be North of 25p already. The market is asleep, totally.

I do not agree. Angle's Parsortix machine is unique and the only way any Company anywhere in the World can consistently catch live and intact circulating tumour cells (CTC's) for the subsequent DNA analysis. Illumina have taken this on-board realising DNA analysis of the CTC's compliments their existing CtDna service that makes them fortunes. They cannot ignore the facts. Neither can the rest of the industry. It is a revolution and Illumina have been the first to embrace the opportunity it offers. There is every chance there will be a bidding war for Angle. Without Parsortix other Companies cannot compete. They are completely snookered.

The Illumina / Angle tie up goes. The sp beggars belief. Some big player could offer to buy Angle for say 31p a share (Illumina?) and that could obviously say the offer is a 100% premium on todays price. It is quite ridiculous and in fact extremenly sad.

I listened in. Points:-

1. Both Angle and Illumina recognise the importance of the dual analysis to identify biomarkers that may influence treatment decisions. The dual analysis picks up more biomarkers that might be missed using CtDna analysis alone. Dual analysis being the DNA analysis of both DNA fragments found in the blood from dead cells (often called CtDna analysis) and CTC's (circulating tumour cells) from one blood sample. The Parsortix machine is needed to catch the live and intact CTC’s for the dual analysis.

2. Illumina and Angle are actively promoting this approach to the whole industry.

3. Some professionals questions showed they had still not really looked into the dual analysis approach.

4. At the moment the Illumina lung cancer assay panel is available. They will be adding panels for more cancers, including Breast, prostate, bowel etc... Plenty more RNS's to come then........

5. No known reason parsortix can't be used to analyse other bodily fluids other than blood for CTC's.

That would not be enough. £30 a share maybe IMHO. They have modern planes and ordered a load more during covid so are near the front of the queue for delivery of new aircraft. No Boeing ones either!

That sales of the Parsortix machine (about $70,000 to $80,000 each) will snowball now Illumina are helping to promote the system to their 9,500 existing clients throughout the World. Angle only have about 300 clients. Easy to see that doubling and more in the next 6 months. If just 10% buy Parsortix to get the "full picture" that would be 950 more clients, more than 3-fold what they have at the moment.

Hospital labs? Illumina already have kit that is used by the various main hospital labs throughout the NHS to provide DNA analysis. Adding the Angle/Illumina dual analysys which could identify more targetable biomarkers (saving money and lives) is clearly likely to happen at some point. The Illumina/Angle tir up is simply fantastic.
