For Genedrive. NHS England will be brought back into the Department of Health and Social Care ( DHSC ). An opportunity for them to fast track the two Genedrive machines into the NHS saving hundreds of millions of £.

I do wonder how on Earth the management of Genedrive HAVE NOT PUT FAR MORE into advertising the Genedrive® MT-RNR1 pharmacogenetic test which can check if a baby might get Antibiotic Induced Hearing Loss. You would have thought any parent would be totally horrified if they knew that a commonly used neonatal antibiotic might make their baby totally permanently deaf FFS! This is a salespersons DREAM COME TRUE and as far as I can see they do little to let the parents know!!

It is IMHO a total disgrace that this has not yet been recommended for all the neonatal units in the UK. How many more babies do NICE/NHS England want to risk being made totally deaf due to Antibiotic Induced Hearing Loss that the machine can test for? What is wrong with these people? A total and utter disgrace. Treating deaf babies all their life must cost millions and CAN BE AVOIDED!!

Produce the first illumina panel assay, for lung cancer, tweaked to work with Parsortix as conformed in the RNS the other week. So that is available NOW. They are working on Breast cancer ones etc. At some point I expect the Illumina web site to reference these advances and hopefully name Parsortix as the "gold standard" for this analysis as this is fact. NOW. Personally, I want Angle to develop the "off the shelf" version of the Parsortix/NuProbe pan cancer dual analysis. I understand it IS available, but only via Angle's services for now. Exciting times at Angle !!

Angle's Parsortix machine can catch live intact circulating tumour cells (CTC's, cancer cells) that can be analysed along with the standard blood plasma CtDna to DOUBLE the chance of finding biomarkers to help guide cancer treatment. In time when you are diagnosed with cancer you may have a blood sample analysed with this “dual analysis” to help your doctor choose the correct treatment.

Parsortix is best. Only a few weeks back praising Parsortix and indeed saying why it is better than the other CTC (circulating tumour cell) enrichment systems (including the "gold standard" Cellsearch!). It's about using A.I (Resnet50) and bright-field imaging to analyse CTC's.

So, Angle Plc are now working with Illumina (market cap $17 billion) developing more Illumina assay panels to work with Parsortix (to add to the lung cancer one already available). Plus, Angle work with Astrazeneca (market cap $200 BILLION) and Eisai Inc. (market cap $17 billion). Steady progress and of these 3 multi-billion $ Plc's could easily place one order or do a deal that would make the current sp look completely ridiculous. Any one of them could buy Angle Plc for 50p a share any time they want IMHO, at least for now. One probably will.

The doubling of information by analysing CTC's as well as the standard CtDna from blood plasma was only discovered by Angle Plc in January 2024. See here:-

Working with Illumina they have only recently (29th Jan 2025) developed an Illumina assay panel for lung cancer that works with Parsortix. See here:-

They are developing more Illumina panels for other cancers.

Other than the Illumina lung cancer panel, at the moment Angle's services side have the ability to use the NuProbe pan cancer panel, but I understand that is not available for use at other Companies other than Angle at the moment. Whatever the cancer treatment ideally up to date feedback on how the cancer tumour cells react/are affected is, or would be invaluable. Using Angle Plc's Parsortix machine to catch both circulating tumour cells (CTC's) from a single tube of blood and CtDna from same allows dual analysis. DNA dual analysis would show the effect any drug has on the CTC's and CtDna giving up to date feedback on any drugs performance.

Waiting for the inevitable bid for Angle Plc...................
