No wonder NHS England is being scrapped. At least NHS Scotland came to the completely obvious conclusion the Genedrive machine, with the result in about an hour is needed. NHS England concluded that a lab test, if available!, should be used (taking hours and up to 7 DAYS!), then the Genedrive machine. Now we have an NHS England hospital doing the totally obvious thing....... More to come. It's called "common sense".

What competition? It's practically non-existent for these reasons.

1. Parsortix catches live intact circulating cancer cells (CTC's), perfect for DNA, RNA, and protein analysis. Also, very few white blood cells. The competitions way of catching the CTC's usually kills the cells making DNA analysis either impossible or extremely difficult. Plus, large amounts of white blood cells contaminate the samples.

2. Angle Plc pioneered the dual analysis process (see RNS dated 4th Jan 2024) and are streets ahead of the competition. So far ahead in fact that Illumina, the Nr1 DNA analysis Plc in the USA has only just produced its first assay panel that works with Parsortix.

3. Angle have exclusive rights to the NuProbe pan cancer assay panel, the best one Angle could find in the market.

Angle already offer the CTC DNA / ctDNA combined profiling using the NuProbe panel.

They have not officially launched this service yet, but it is available if you contact them…………

I suspect. Actually, it is already available but not officially launched yet. I think they are gearing up for it looking at the recent spate of jobs advertised, including a molecular scientist no less! As the know Illumina, as of about 6 weeks ago now sells a lung cancer assay panel which is validated for Parsortix use. So, more panels for the other cancers no doubt being worked on. As in analysing the circulating tumour cells that Angle’s Parsortix machine can catch from a standard tube of blood. Angle also employ the NuProbe assay pan cancer panel so in fact more than lung cancer CTC's DNA analysis is already available.

The sp is silly low IMHO. Very good news to come I suspect.

I wonder if the laboratory technician molecular means they are starting to get orders for the dual CTC/CtDna analysis. You know, the one that only became available about a month ago after illumina and Angle spent 6 months producing the lung cancer version. More versions to come I would have thought...

Scottish NHS rollout and USA application for FDA approval news please!. Hopefully that would push the sp 3p plus at minimum. Once ANY rollout starts one would expect the sp to steadily move North.

I believe it's all about funding cancer drug trials. The huge multibillion $ Worldwide Plc's are so tight fisted it is IMHO it is appalling. Angle have various potential huge money-spinning possibilities. The $100 million plus one being CTC/CtDna dual analysis. However, this needs to be used/proven in a major cancer drug trial before it can move forward. Angle need to convince a Company like Astrazeneca to pay Angle to do the blood analysis before, during and after a trial. The evidence to warrant this is there and building. Angle need a big Pharma Co to make the decision. I think it must happen. It's a disgrace it has taken this long....... over a year since the RNS of 04/01/2024. Angle have now worked with Illumina to produce a lung cancer assay panel specifically to test for bio signs in circulating tumour cells (CTC's). That was announced about 6 weeks ago. Maybe Astrazeneca will finance its use during their next lung cancer drug trial??

Also are Angle Plc the only company in the entire world who offer dual CTC/CtDna analysis? With the Illumina assay panel, they can target lung cancer. With the NuProbe panel (see previous RNS), as a service, I believe they can ALREADY target other cancers. I also suspect they are not advertising this yet. Why not? Because they are already getting orders in and need to increase staffing levels to cope. That is what I believe. They have a service that NO OTHER COMPANY IN THE WORLD can offer. The CTC/CtDna analysis that roughly DOUBLES then number of biomarkers found which can be used to guide treatment.

The market is still asleep.

The sp is ridiculously low @ the current 2.05p. There is no way a buyer could succeed with buying Genedrive for less than 8p a share IMHO. NHS roll outs to come, FDA approval to come. The whole situation is mad.
