I feel like I'm invested in a winner here. The Genedrive® MT-RNR1 is, all be it slowly to date, being adopted all over the UK. There can't be anyone who works for the NHS who does not want the machine used in every neonatal ward. The potential in the USA is eye watering. "There are 1,424 Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) in the United States.". It being the USA you can bet some of these will be massive. 10 MT-RNR1's?, 20, 30. And the rest of the whole World let's not forget. The right Company with the right investment could make tens if not hundreds of millions. Once established the consumables and maintenance fees will be there for a decade or more.

The time of any placing, if indeed they need one. We are somewhat in the dark about exactly how many machines are in use. One in each hospital, 2, 3? Or I suppose say 2 in the smaller hospitals and say 4 in the bigger ones. Also, international sales. All we know is the 6 mentioned in the RNS dated 20/12/2023. We don't even know for sure how many hospitals, apart from for the MT-RNR1 at least 15. I'm sure they will come up with a positive RNS soon. I think people will assume 1 machine per hospital, but what if it is 2 or 3. 3 machines at the 45 hospitals we are sure of is 45. Makes a huge difference. Also, International sales. What if a chain of private hospitals with say 10 hospitals wants it? What if the chain is not 10 hospitals but 60? What if the CE mark is sufficient for Germany? What is they want the MT-RNR1 in every neonatal ward, all 228 of them?

ALL need to be analysed, ideally. What can be got from CtDna has been pushed to its limits. CTC analysis can give information that CtDna never will. It would bring additional important information to the party quickly. Including finding all important cancer biomarkers missed by CtDna analysis. CTC analysis absolutely needs to be added to CtDna analysis. Why don't the industry get on with it!

Rumour, or is it more than that? This crazy low share price should attract potential bidders for Angle Plc, and some investment Co's that hope to make a killing. A Company like Roche could buy Angle Plc with their loose change. Then make a killing developing, promoting and selling dual analysis so it is used at the Doctors all over the World to select a cancer treatment.

Since then the Scottish Government want it in Scotland. Nice sales pitch for International sales.

They should be. AN must want "top dollar" for "dual analysis" as a service. The labs, machines and staff are not cheap and he wants to make a lot of money. When one Pharma goes for it others will follow. They need to bear in mind that Angle only have 100 ish staff so getting fully booked up would only take a few contracts. First come, first served. If Astrazeneca want to use the assays that they paid Angle the best part of £1m to produce, they might be out of luck............ TOO BUSY? I find the Pharma Co's slowness totally incredible. They must have more commitees than the NHS, if that is possible. If I find out Astra try to place an order and Angle can't do it I will laugh, a lot.

So, Pharma Co's that sell these drugs that target certain biomarkers would find about TWICE the amount of people that are eligible. It follows that whoever makes these drugs would sell about twice the amount as previous. It's not rocket science. The major Pharma Co's are just incredibly SLOW. Even now only Illumina and Roche seem to have realised this.

If you catch a CTC that is a known biomarker then you must be an idiot not to realise it's real, in the blood and can be targeted by modern drugs. There are no two ways about it.

I don't think so. Parsortix is a machine that can catch circulating tumour cells (CTC's). If you have cancer then it's highly likely you have CTC's. However it's not a dead cert you have cancer, believe it or not. Same as what it says below for the Galleri test "A positive Galleri test result does not confirm cancer, but it indicates a need for further diagnostic tests to determine if cancer is actually present. ". You would have thought using the Galleri test tech on CTC's caught using Parsortix would yield extremely interesting information, far more important than the Galleri test alone, but of course that has not happened, yet. Illumina, who tried to buy Galleri, are interested as we know. So are Roche. IMHO Angle are going to get bought out......... it's obvious.
